Chapter 8. Aunt Meg informed Timmy that he would be sleeping on the couch during there stay there and Cory would be taking the spare bedroom. Cory walked into the spare room and toss her duffle bag into the corner. She turned around to find Jason Grey sitting on the bed. “we need to have a serious heart to heart” said Jason Grey patting the bed beside him. “I’ll stand” said Cory as leans her back against the wall and preparing herself to have a mental argument. “I think we need to wait till everyone is a sleep tonight and then we need to get the fuck out of dodge” said Jason with a serious tone in his voice. “some heavy duty shit is about to hit the fan here” Cory not liking what she was hearing ignores Jason and walks out of the spare bedroom only to find Jason is now sitting to one side of the couch in Meg’s living room. “I don’t know if you have notices it or not but Aunt Meg is currently on the bad side of the local MS-13 street gang” stated Jason trying his damnedest to be serious. “That’s Timmy’s aunt we’re talking about here” said Cory as she staring at Jason Grey with a hard look in her eye and she raise her mental voice to him. “Timmy would never abandon his Aunt or will I” Jason Grey burst into a loud obnoxious laughter that catches Cory off guard for a moment and confuses her. “well I hate to break it to you girly but your boyfriend Timmy is kind of a little bitch” added Jason. Cory finds herself angry at Jason so she goes back to ignoring him and turning her attention back to Timmy and Aunt Meg. “You care if I turn on the TV” ask Cory then she quickly picks up the television remote and turns it on before Meg could give a reply. “there going to skull fuck her” said Jason Grey angrily as he was now very irritated with Cory. “and there going to skull fuck anyone that gets in there way” “that would be a first for you” joked Cory trying to show Jason her displeasure with this whole conversation. “is there something wrong” ask Timmy after he seem to notice Cory’s face go through a change of different emotions. Cory ignores Timmy’s question just the same as she had with Jason’s remarks earlier. “it’s always been my policy to be the rapist and not the raped” said Jason in a joking tone only to found himself laughing at his own joke. Cory unaware at first that she was doing so joined in on the laughter of Jason’s sick joke till she realized that Timmy was stares at her strangely from across the room, Cory quickly turns her focus toward the TV but her good mood is stort lived as she sees Channel 13 news reporter Jill Roberts on the television screen. Days ago Jill Roberts ran a story called rise of a hero where she interview a girl named Sue Hill. Sue Hill was a older teenage girl that uses to relentlessly bully Cory around in school for most of Cory’s life up until that fateful night when Cory was attacked by the gas station killer Jason Grey. That night changed everything because a darkness seem to have bestowed itself on her and Cory vowed to never be anyone’s victim ever again. Sue Hill in a attempt to get revenge on the now stronger Cory Potts stepped forward and stolen the credit of killing the gas station killer aka Jason Grey on the local news to make herself look like a hero. That news cast setting off a chain of events that ended with ten dead bodies and one of them bodies being Sue Hill murdered by Cory Potts personally. Cory remembered getting great joy out of gutting Sue Hill with a switchblade. The same knife that currently rest in Cory’s duffle bag as a Mentos of that moment. “priceless” said Cory softly talking to herself as she relive the moment of driving the blade into Sue Hill. Cory let the memory lift her mood to a good place. “she talking about our killer” said Jason Grey will glee in his voice. Cory pulls herself out from her trip down memory lane only to realizes that Jason was right, Jill Roberts was talking about the killer that her and Jason was admiring earlier on the news report they watched back at the bus station. Hearing the television news reporter Jill Roberts nickname the killer as the God’s will killer did peaked Cory curiosity considering how masterful the killer had created the whore of Babylon Monument out of his last victims. Aunt Meg and Timmy both moved over to the couch and took an interest when Jill Roberts warns views of the graphic nature of the content. The next image on the television screen was a live feed of a naked dead woman split wide open from her neck down to her vagina. Most of her interior organs was on display for the television audience to see. The killer seem to be filming with a cellphone that was placed somewhere above the body. The God’s will killer made sure to have enough light to catch every detail of his cut wide open victim. “this is Doctor Wendy Erickson” said a mildly extorted voice. “that name sounds familiar” said Aunt Meg trying to force herself to remember where she heard it before in a attempt to take her mind off the sick sight before her eyes on the television screen. The God’s will killer made sure to stay hidden outside of the camera’s view as he continues to speak. “she is guilty of murdering the unborn and harvesting their organs on the black market” “she that abortion doctor that’s been all over the news lately” said Aunt Meg in a deep shock. “Why are there’s pieces of her missing” Aunt Meg suddenly finds herself to be hypnotized to the TV screen just like a deer to a set of oncoming headlights, then suddenly the sight becomes to much for Aunt Meg to bear as she suddenly races to the bathrooms gagging every step of the way. “if you go on eBay you can bet on Mrs. Erickson’s heart, liver, and kidneys” said the God’s will killer. “Follow God’s law or this could be you” Cory turns to Jason to find him with a big wide smile across his face. Timmy took notice of the same smile on Cory’s face as she seen on Jason Grey. “what the fuck is a matter with you” screamed Timmy as he quickly grabs the remote from Cory’s hand and turns off the television set. It seriously bothered Timmy that Cory couldn’t even hide the joy she got from see that poor woman ripped open. “what is your problem” ask Cory not understanding why Timmy was now suddenly upset with her. This only made Timmy more angry as he points out to Cory that both him and his family has taken great risk getting her out of Lynn, New York to save her from facing possible criminal charges. “I’m not fighting with you” yelled an angry Cory as she gets up from the couch and storm’s out of the room into the sanctuary of Aunt Meg’s spare bedroom. “you still feel like staying” said Jason Grey now sitting on the bed laughing at Cory. Timmy wasn’t finished with telling Cory how angry he felted so he followed after her only to have the spare bedroom door slammed into his face. Timmy leans against the bedroom door now feeling a little angry with himself as he slides down the door into a sitting position on the floor. He looks over to find his Aunt Meg three feet away standing over him. “she been through a lot Timmy and you need to stop pushing her” said Aunt Meg with a towel in her hand as she begins wiping off spots of puke from her chin. “I just want her to be normal again” said Timmy and deep down inside he did want his old friend back but Timmy himself also couldn’t forget that a few days ago the Grey family come to there small home town looking for revenge against there brother’s killer and Roy Grey the leader of the group become infatuated with Cory and they ended up having somewhat of a thing for each other. Then Timmy out of jealousy confessed to Cory how he’s felt about her in front of Roy Grey. The end result to this twisted love triangle was Roy Grey kidnapping Timmy and then Roy Grey placing a loaded gun in Cory’s hands ask her to proof her love to him and kill Timmy. Cory hesitated at first till Roy then demanded that she proof her love to him. Cory then turn the gun on Roy and shot him twice in the chest. Timmy felted thankful to be alive but Timmy also felted like it was his fault that another man was now dead. This made Timmy feel like a murderer and even though he loves Cory with all his heart, he also blame her for all of it.
