Chapter 4. Preacher laidback in his motel room bed and turns on the television, it was almost time for the morning news. He really didn’t care about the fame or recognition that local news outlets was going to give him, he mainly watched all news programs at various times of the day because he liked to be informed about what was going on in the world. He found it interesting that channel 13 news begin it’s morning program with a story that took place outside of the state of New Jersey, there was a Multiple homicide in the small town of Lynn in upstate New York. It was no big secret to Preacher that evil ran a muck in the world but it did surprise him that a simple small town would have a body count so high as ten dead in the course of a night. The Channel 13 News crew begin the story standing outside of a bar called Weber’s then quickly jumped to a gas station called the Quick Mart then wrapped up the filming of the story in front of a rundown beat up old house on a street called Elk. The camera man did manage to capture the images of the town Sheriff and a few deputies circled around two teenagers, a boy and a blonde girl with an Gothic hairstyle. The teen girl’s face suddenly become a blurry on his television screen and Preacher knew this was a sign from the good Lord above. This was one of God’s gifts that was given to him for taking up his current holy Crusade. Away for Preacher to see the wicked that exist in this sick world and God would also use the holy spirit to reveal to him all the sins of these he wanted dealt with. This blonde teenage girl on the television screen was a murderer that God revealed to him to have killed many but the most disturbing part that made this girl very dangerous was there some kind of demon inside her. “dear Lord, I’m confused” said Preacher in a loud voice. “show me what thou wants from me” Preacher wasn’t sure why God show him the girl because she wasn’t even in the same state as him and in Preacher’s current condition travel wasn’t an option. Preacher found out about a few months ago that He had Brain cancer and it wasn’t the kind of cancer that one could just simply bounce back from. Preacher realizes that reflecting on his brain cancer wasn’t being produced so he tried to reflect back on God’s reasons for showing him the blonde girl when the channel 13 news shifted there focus now on his story. Preacher didn’t like watching the story about himself because the News tried to made it sound like he was the one that was twisted. They called him a killer and hinted around that he was this crazy psychopath. This sick world seen no problem replacing a Monument of God’s comments with a statue of there devil worship and they seem to feel a overwhelming pity for this disease infested whore that mercilessly spread her filth and sickness everywhere. Preacher picks up the TV remote and was about to turn off the television set when a local planned parenthood story came on next. several weeks ago a video surface that the organization was selling aborted baby parts on the black market and after weeks of the state department looking into the case they collated that Doctor Wendy Erickson who is leader over the New Jersey Planned Parenthood has done nothing wrong in the state’s view. Doctor Wendy Erickson may of done nothing wrong in the state’s eyes but Preacher saw her face turned into a blur and that meant God view her as a baby killer that mutilates the unborn and Preacher had other plans for the good Doctor.
