Entry Via Dr. Guinevere Fox, LPC, PsyD, LAC

Penelope N Craven, age 20 at time of death. Caucasian, Hispanic female. Major depressive disorder and PTSD diagnosis. Server trauma history and multiple past suicide attempts. Patient entered the care of the Wyoming State Hospital following a suicide attempt via overdose, and fire that resulted in the state filing arson and attempted murder charges. Her mother and step father they nearly died in the fire. The patient was deemed unfit to stand trial and was declared not responsible due to mental illness and sentenced her to our facility. Post trial her parents serving as her legal guardians petitioned the courts for her to remain in our care indiffianctly. Patient cause of death was a self-inflicted laceration to the jugular. Patient found unresponsive in women’s dormitory restrooms in a bathtub. Next of kin notified of her passing. Journals found among her belongings to be processed and returned to emergency contact listed as her biological sister.
