Hey folks, first of all a huge thanks for making Pilot X such a success. I am beyond thrilled by how many of you have read it and the fact that most of you liked it!
With that in mind I wanted to tip you off that a sequel to Pilot X is in the works. It’s called Trigor and picks up shortly after Pilot X leaves the Fringe Cascade.
To make the sequel happen though, I need the same thing I got for Pilot X, you’re overwhelming support.
So if you’re into a sequel and want to help make Trigor happen, check out the Trigor page here on Inkshares and pre-order a copy if you can!
Hey folks, now you all were in on this well before, but the official launch date of Pilot X is tomorrow, March 14.
First of all THANK YOU. Without your support this books wouldn’t be raining down across bookstores, Kindles and Audible accounts. Y’all ROCK!
Second of all, one of those weird quirks of the industry is that it runs on reviews. Amazon reviews in particular. So if I can be pushy just this once, I want to ask you one more thing
WRITE AN AMAZON REVIEW PLEASE?
It’s easy. Just go here: http://amzn.to/2mksOTR And scroll down to the part that says write a customer review. That’s it!
It’s way more helpful than you think to do that and costs you just a few minutes.
Oh and thanks to everybody who’s been sharing pictures of the book in book stores on Twitter and Facebook! Keep ’em coming.
And THANK YOU again from the bottom of my heart for making Pilot X a reality.
Wow Tom, this is why you are The internet’s most loved tech podcaster, going above and beyond. So glad that I’m able to back your projects and podcasts.
OK. I JUST got off the phone with Adam, the CEO of Inkshares.
This should have been communicated BUT if the printing got delayed and if they had got he books signed you might not have got them before the launch date so Inkshares staff made the call to get you the books now even if a few of you had expected signed copies.
SO. To make up for that for those of you who had backed under the expectation of getting a signed copy, Inkshares is going to work with Dan Stiles, the cover artists to make a limited edition print of an alternate cover for Pilot X (of which there were some great ones). They’ll send those to me to sign and we’ll get them out to you.
And it should go without saying that if I’m in your area I will *definitely* sign your book. And if you want to send them to me to sign, I can work with you on that too. Just message me here.
More details on the limited edition prints will come in an email from Inkshares, probably Monday.
Thanks again for making this book possible and my apologies for the confusion here.
