Andrea and Dr Khan fled the building while gasping for their lives.
"Could you please tell me what's going on?" asked the impatient Andrea, "Who is that man?"
"It's too complex for you to know," said Dr Khan, "Andrea and I..."
He bit his lip, evidently after he had mistakenly said Andrea's name.
"What do you mean Andrea and I?" said the perplexed Andrea, "Who are you?"
Dr Khan evaded her question. He knew that the revelation would completely mess up the timeline.
"Here's the deal," said Dr Khan, "Some guy's trying to kill you and I got a tip. So I'm trying to protect you. Just follow my orders and everything will be fine."
Dr Khan had no idea that everything was far from fine. Andrea and Bridget were busy walking on the street and were approaching a junction.
"Bridget, take a right turn," said Andrea.
"But the apartment's on the left," said Bridget.
"I know," said Andrea, "I just need something from the shops."
Andrea let Bridget follow her as Dr Khan and Andrea continued walking as well. The four of them ran into each other without even realizing it! Andrea bumped into herself and both Andreas fell on the floor.
"Who are you?" said the two of them identically.
"Now girls, there's no need to panic," said Dr Khan, "You're just having a dream, that's all."
"How could you say that?" said Bridget, "You're the worst liar ever!"
Before even Bridget could so anything, the same time machine that wrecked the roof of the convention centre landed in front of the four of them. Dr Khan and the Andrea who had travelled into the future with him was scared. But Bridget and the present Andrea had no idea what was happening.
"What a delight," said Ryan with his villainous voice as he stepped out of the machine, "Two birds one Walker. Perfect."
"You can't kill both of them with one gun," said Dr Khan, "You and what army?"
"Meet me," said Ryan as another version of himself walked out of the time machine, "You won't even know who's from the future and who's from the past."
The future Ryan then took out his futuristic gun and shot it at the four of them, who obviously leaped away for their safety. The two Ryans continued firing their guns at the two of them.
"We've got to split ways. Dr Khan, you go with her. I'll go with Bridget," said the Andrea from the future.
"No, we need to stay together," said Dr Khan, "Splitting into two's only going to make their job easier."
The two Ryans entered a building in which the four of them hiding. They taunted them with, "Come out Walker! Trying to mess with the Tifias? We've made a mistake once and we're not going to make it again!"
They was given a shock when suddenly, Andrea leaped in front of them and completely displaced both of their weapons. Dr Khan grabbed their weapons and gave it to Bridget as well. Ryan was shocked and with his counterpart, they gave Andrea flying kicks. Andrea ducked and responded with a stinging punch of her own. The Ryan of the past was on the receiving end of the punch, and fell on the ground with a thud.
Before even Andrea could do anything, the Ryan who had joined them from the future usurped his gun from Bridget and shot her as a dash of blinding light emerged from the gun.
"BRIDGET!" yelled the two Andreas who rushed to their friend's aide. They were shocked to their limits. But it was too late; her brain was dead before she crumpled onto the floor.
They've gone too far this time, thought Andrea. Anger was blazing not only inside of her, but inside her past self as well. The two of them stared at each other, knowing what was on their minds. They needed to kill the two Ryans. They each took a metal pipe and threw it at their faces. But the two boys ducked.
Dr Khan provided support and threw some heavy objects to the boys. But they were too agile, and avoided almost every potential threat from him. They shot Dr Khan, but he managed to hide behind a rack of tools in the warehouse they were fighting in.
"Andrea," yelled Dr Khan, "Finish them!"
Dr Khan joined one of the girls and ran as fast as he could and gave stinging karate-kicks to the boys, who saw their weapons displaced again. Before they could grab their weapons, one of the Ryans pinned Andrea and him down to the floor.
"Quick Ryan!" he yelled, "Get it!"
Ryan was about to retrieve the weapons when suddenly, a hand picked up both of the weapons.
"Andrea, SHOOT!" yelled Dr Khan.
Ryan pushed Andrea aside as she hit the wall and fell onto the floor. But then, she saw the red button on the gun; it was labelled "EXTERMINATE".
"Press the button Andrea!" yelled the girl.
Ryan's hand was coming nearer to her. He was going to take the gun, and once he had it, she would die.
"ANDREA!!!!"
Without wasting any more precious time, she shot Ryan as a loud sound echoed around the room.
"NOOOOOOOO!"
Ryan staggered back to where Dr Khan was, and collapsed onto the floor. Blood began to flow out profusely from his body like an overflowing river.
"YOU SCOUNDREL!" Ryan left his grip on the two of them and pushed them aside to whack Andrea. But before he could lay his hand on Andrea, he collapsed on the floor in pain.
"Wait a minute Dr Khan," said Andrea, "What's happening?"
In fact, all of them were in shock. Ryan was fading away. His body was disappearing one by one. First it was his hands, and then his arm. And within a few seconds, his legs were disappearing as well.
"We've killed the right guy," said Dr Khan, "The guy who you killed was the one meant to kill you much earlier. With his death, the other Ryan would have never made his journey, wouldn't he?"
It all made sense to Andrea now. Time travel was a complex matter, but at least it all tied together. Ryan's finished. He's not going to exist anymore.
Ryan continued to fade away slowly, until only his face was present. And then, his face was gone- gone forever.
"It's all over," said Dr Khan, "Now you can live happily and peacefully, can you?"
Before Andrea could respond, suddenly she felt the same thing happening to her as well.
"Dr Khan," said Andrea, "What's happening to me?"
She was fading away. Her body was disappearing from the warehouse.
"DR KHAN!!" she yelled.
But there was no response.
She then disappeared into a black vortex full of plunging darkness and void of meaning. And all of a sudden, she was being pushed into light over the horizon.
"WHAT'S HAPPENING TO M.." she yelled but there was no one there to answer her. She continued to yell, but it seemed like she was stuck in some vacuum.
Her eyes began to close. I'm losing it! She desperately tried to fight it, but she couldn't. And within seconds, Andrea lost consciousness.
