Golden Milk

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup coconut milk 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon  
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground peppercorns 
  • 1 tablespoon cannaoil
Directions: 
  1. In a small saucepan combine the coconut milk, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, honey, ground pepper and bring to a low boil. 
  2. Reduce the heat and do not allow to simmer. 
  3. Add the cannaoil. 
  4. Continue to heat the mixture for an additional 5 – 10 minutes. 
  5. Pour the golden milk into your favorite mug and top with an extra dash of cinnamon. 

Cannabis Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 pot coffee
  • 1 teaspoon hash, ground
  • 4 teaspoons cannabis milk
  • 1 teaspoon cannabis sugar

Directions

  1. Prepare a pot of coffee.
  2. Once the coffee is brewed then add your pulverized hash.
  3. Next, decarb your hash in the coffee by bringing the pot of coffee to 240 degrees for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Pour some coffee into your favorite mug, add the cannabis sugar and the cannabis milk to taste.

Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 teaspoons hot cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cannabutter
  • whipped cream

Directions:

  1. In a small pot or pan warm the milk.
  2. Add the hot cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Combine well.
  3. Once the mixture is hot remove from the heat and pour into a mug.
  4. Next add the cannabutter and mix well.
  5. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows.


Strawberry Mint Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1 splash dry vermouth
  • 2 handfuls strawberries, hulled
  • 1 sprig fresh mint, leaves picked
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup cannabis infused vodka

Directions:

  1. Chill two martini glasses and your cocktail shaker in the freezer for at least 30 minutes
  2. Put a few drops of dry vermouth into the martini glasses and swirl around.
  3. Add the strawberries and mint into the cocktail shaker and squash them.
  4. Then add ice cubes and the cannabis infused vodka to the cocktail shaker. Put the top on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  5. Strain the sry cannabis vodka and pour into the martini glasses
  6. Garnish with a strawberry and mint


Egg Nog

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Cannamilk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 large egg yolks
  • ½ cup bourbon, optional
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Nutmeg for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium low heat whisk together the cannamilk and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. In a large bowl whisk the egg yolks.
  3. While continually stirring, slowly add the whisked egg yolks into the warm cannamilk mixture.
  4. Continue whisking the mixture for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the you reach the desired consistency. Do Not Simmer!
  5. Strain the mixture into a bowl and stir in the bourbon and heavy cream.
  6. Serve warm or chilled and garnish with the nutmeg.

Recipe Notes: Save the egg whites in a well covered container in the refrigerator for a yummy egg white omelet.

Midori Kiwi Apple Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and cut into 1/4" slices
  • 1/2 cored green apple, cut into 1/4" slices
  • 2 oz. Midori, melon liqueur
  • 2 oz. Cannabis infused vodka
  • 6oz. seltzer water
  • 2 shredded mint leaves

Directions:

  1. Fill two 12-oz glasses 2/3 full of ice. Add the mint, half of apple and kiwi slices to each glass, working the apple slices into the ice.
  2. Pour 1 oz. Midori and 1 oz. Cannabis infused vodka into each glass. Top with seltzer, and gently stir, breaking up the kiwi a bit to release the flavor. Serve immediately with a straw.

Mango Banana Spinach Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup frozen Mango, diced
  • 1 cup Cannabis Milk
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen spinach or kale

Directions:

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes:

  • Get creative and use different combinations of fruits and vegetables
  • Add a tablespoon of cannabis infused coconut oil for extra health and potency benefits

Cannabis Vodka

Ingredients:

  • 1 Funnel
  • Large Bowl
  • 1 Coffee Filter
  • 3 one-quart Mason Jars
  • 1 Cheesecloth
  • Strainer
  • 1 1/2 ounces of nicely ground Decarbed Cannabis or 6 to 8 grams of Decarbed Hash
  • 1 Bottle of Vodka
  • 1 Measuring Cup with Pour Spout
  • 1 pair of Latex Gloves

Directions:

  1. Place the decarbed marijuana into a 1-quart jar and add 2 cups of alcohol.
  2. Seal the jar tightl and shake well and place in the freezer.
  3. Shake the jar at least 3 times a day for 7 to 14 days, depending on the proof of your alcohol (100 proof = 1 week, 40 to 80 proof = 10 days)
  4. Place the cheesecloth over the strainer and set it in the mixing bowl.
  5. While wearing latex gloves, filter the contents of the mason jar into the bowl.
  6. Squeeze the mixture through the cloth, pushing it against the strainer to release more liquid into the bowl
  7. Filter it for a second time. Pour the liquid into a mason jar through a coffee filter lined funnel. It should take half an hour to drain.
  8. Using the measuring cup, pour the tincture into the bottles. Be care not to fill them too full.
  9. Store in the freezer, away from flame and children.

Recipe Tips:

  • Dosage: Five to ten drops under the tongue (leave it for thirty seconds).
  • It may burn ever so slightly, but the sensation will fade quickly.
  • It may take up to an hour to feel the effects.
  • You may feel a combination of euphoria combined with body highs.
  • It is strongly suggested that you start with a small dosage to see how your cannabis vodka effects you
  • Any alcohol may be used so long as it exceeds 40 proof

Cannabis Milk

Prepare time: 30 min

Cook: 45 minutes

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Ounce Decarbed Cannabis
  • 4 Cups Whole Milk

Directions:

  1. In a pan over low heat add milk and cannabis and allow to simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
  2. Strain through a cheesecloth and allow to cool completely.

Recipe notes: THC loves fat, if you want a potent cannabis milk then use a high fat or whole milk
