Cannabis Infused Mayo
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cannabis Infused Oil
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
- pinch Himalayan Salt & Black Pepper
Directions:
- Whisk together the egg yolks, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Slowly add the marijuana infused oil while continuously whisking
- Whisk until the mayonnaise begins to thicken. (Add a few drops of water to thin.)
- Refrigerate the cannabis infused mayonnaise in an airtight container

Cannabis Infused Balsamic Vinaigrette
This delicious cannabis infused balsamic vinaigrette is perfect for salads, soups, glaze base or a light drizzle over fresh garden tomatoes and mozzarella!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Cannabis Infused Oil
- ½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 Teaspoons Honey
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- Himalayan Salt
- Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
Combine the cannabis infused oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt and black pepper, turmeric together in a glass jar with a tight lid. Vigorously shake until well mixed.

Homemade Cannabis Blue Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup softened crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Canna mayo
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- With a fork blend the blue cheese with sour cream and cannabis infused mayo until you reach the desired consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well until combined. Use more or less milk for desired consistency.
Recipe Notes: Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Ranch Dressing
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cannabis infused mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or cannabis infused milk for extra potency
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions:
- Whisk together the canna-mayo, sour cream and canna-milk until smooth.
- Mix in the spices and blend well.
- Whisk in the lemon juice
- Pour into a jar and chill in the refrigerator.
Recipe Notes: Good for up to a week in the refrigerator.
Creamy Dijon Dressing
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons cannaoil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup cannamayo
Directions:
- Whisk 1 tablespoon cannaoil, vinegar and both mustards in medium bowl to blend. Whisk in cannamayo, then cream. Mix in 2 tablespoons chives. Season vinaigrette to taste with salt and pepper.
