Baked Plum Pie


Serves 8  

Prep Time: 30 minutes 

Cook Time: 1 hour 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour 
  • 3/4 cup white sugar 
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt 
  • 2/3 cup cannabutter 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 3 tablespoons milk 
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest 
  • 3 tablespoons butter 
  • 5 cups plums, pitted and sliced 
  • 1 cup white sugar 
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 340 degrees F. 
  2. To prepare the crust mix together, in a large bowl, 3 cups flour, 3/4 cups white sugar, baking powder, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Mix thoroughly, then cut in 2/3 cup cannabutter with a pastry blender, until the mixture forms small pea size pieces.  Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, milk and lemon zest and mix just until combined. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour. 
  3. To prepare the plum filling: In a small bowl add the remaining sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg until thoroughly combined. In a large bowl add the pitted and sliced plums and add the seasoned sugar mixture.  Gently mix the plums and sugar mixtures until the plums are well coated. 
  4. Roll out pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie pan. Trim and flute edges, then pour in fruit filling and bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until the crust and plums are golden brown. 
  5. Serve warm, or at room temperature. 


Churro

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • ⅓ cup cannabutter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • cinnamon sugar, to coat
  • Chocolate ganache for dipping

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 340°F.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the cannabutter and brown sugar in the water and bring to a low simmer.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the flour.
  4. Take the pot off of the heat source and mix in the vanilla
  5. Add the eggs one at a time to the mixture.
  6. Transfer mixture to a piping bag with a 5 point, or star, tip.
  7. Pipe out thick 3-inch strips of churro batter onto a greased baking sheet, using a knife to release each piece from the piping tip, if needed.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Dredge each churro in melted cannabutter, then cinnamon sugar.
  10. Serve with melted chocolate or our cannabis infused chocolate gnash for extra potency.


Berry Tartlets

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups mixed berries, no stems or leaves
  • 1 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cannamilk
  • 2 packages Refrigerated Pie Crusts (refrigerated, 4 rounds of piecrust total)
  • 1 tbsp cannabutter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 340°F. Unfold the piecrust and cut out 5-inch rounds.
  2. Combine the eggs and sugar and mix well.
  3. Puree the berries in a blender and combine the pureed berries to the egg mixture.
  4. Add the cannamilk to the berry mixture and mix well.
  5. Place piecrust circles in a nonstick muffin tin and design the edges in the desired fashion.
  6. Spoon in the mixture into the pie crust until full. Dot each tartlet with cannabutter if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tartlet crusts are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups cannaoil
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup chopped pecan
  • Cannabis Cream Cheese Icing
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, extra for decoration.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 340 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, cannaoil, sugar and vanilla. Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, combine well.
  3. Stir in carrots then fold in pecans.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50- 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
  6. Ice with the cream cheese icing when cake is completely cooled, sprinkle with pecans for decorations and serve.


Fuck Your Day Up Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cannabutter, melted
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup cannabis chocolate gnash - Can be found in the Candy, Cookies and Desserts Chapter
  • white chocolate shavings for decoration, optional

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 340 degrees F. Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
  • In a large bowl mix together the melted cannabutter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Beat together the cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients together.
  • Spread batter into the greased pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
  • Drizzle the entire brownie with the chocolate gnash
  • Once cooled top with white chocolate shavings


Cheese and Fruit Danish

Ingredients:

Pastry Dough:


  • Refrigerated Cresent Dough or 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese at room temp.
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • 8 teaspoons jam or preserves of your choice

Icing:

  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis milk
  • 1 tablespoon softened cannabutter

Directions:

  • Heat oven to 340°F.
  • Remove dough from can; do not unroll and cut dough into 8 slices.
  • Place the dough slices 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
  • Press each dough slice into 3-inch round, leaving ridge around outer edge.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and sour cream.
  • Add filling to each danish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown
  • In a small bowl, stir together confectioners’ sugar, cannabis milk and cannabutter.
  • Take the danish out of the oven and allow them to cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • Drizzle the icing over the danish with a spoon.
  • Add a teaspoon of the jam or preserves of your choice to the danish

Double Chocolate Chip Cannabis Muffins

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk, use cannabis milk for extra potency - See the Potent AF Drinks Chapter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cannabis oil

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 340 degrees F.
  • Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
  • Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  • Whisk egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and cannabis oil in a separate bowl until smooth.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
  • Add ¾ cups chocolate chips and mix well into the batter
  • Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

Cannabis Milk Waffles

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Difficulty Level: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cups cannabis milk
  • 1/2 cup cannabis oil
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Beat eggs in large bowl with a whisk until fluffy. Beat in flour, cannabis milk, cannabis oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla, until smooth.
  • Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour mix onto hot waffle iron.
  • Cook until golden brown.
  • Serve hot and top with plain butter, cannabis butter or top with our Cannabis Whiskey Syrup!

Recipe Notes: Make the recipe less potent by only using the cannabis oil or the cannabis milk.

Cannabis Infused Whiskey Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup whiskey (honey whiskey is great too!)
  • 1/2 cup cannabutter, halved
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. In a small sauce pan over medium-low heat pour in the whiskey and add half of the cannabutter.
  2. Stir continuously until the butter has melted.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar until it has melted
  4. Add the rest of the cannabutter
  5. Stir constantly until the sauce has reached the desired consistency.

Recipe Notes: Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days

Cannabis Infused Cinnamon Rolls

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 50 minutes

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon cannabutter, cookie sheet grease
  • 2 tablespoon melted cannabutter
  • 3 tablespoons cannabutter, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Filling:

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 9-inch pan with 2 tbsp cannabutter.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add 3 tablespoons softened cannabutter.
  3. Beat milk and egg together in another bowl
  4. Pour into flour mixture and stir until dough forms
  5. On a lightly floured surface roll the dough out into a ¼ inch thick rectangle.
  6. Brush the rolled-out dough with 2 tablespoons melted cannabutter.
  7. In a small bowl mix together, the cinnamon and the white and brown sugars.
  8. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the bottom of the cannabutter greased baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar over cannabutter-brushed dough.
  10. Roll dough around filling to form a cylinder shape.
  11. cut the cylinder into 18 rolls and place in the greased baking dish
  12. Bake in the oven until golden brown about 30 minutes.
  13. Top hot cinnamon rolls with a cannabis infused cream cheese icing if desired

Cannabis Infused Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup cannabutter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions: Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
