My State of mind

Day by day we live our lives, every single sunrise.

All your relative success is failure through the wrong eyes.

Your shoulder to cry on, betrays you when the moment dies,

Just another bad influence who’s otherwise occupied.

Hypnotized each day, by beauty in the daylight skies,

Then lose the optimistic hope each day when my soul cries.

Each day that I awake and open up my freshened eyes,

Is another day I dread, my downfall’s what my eye spied

peacefully last night in my sleep, underneath the gloomy skies,

peacefully last night in my sleep, is how I wish I’d died.
