Life is hard enough as it is without someone traveling back in time to kill you. Yet, that is what every Variant has to deal with. For them, existence is a crime. An anomaly of spacetime deemed dangerous by simply being born in an alternate world. Follow our characters on a story of futility, betrayal, and sacrifice in the time travel thriller, The Variant War.
The first chapter is posted on the project page as a sample along with a more detailed description of my novel. Please check it out. And, if it interest you, join the other pre-orders as I make my way to the goal of publication.
Thanks in advance.

Jane-Holly Meissner liked an update for Phantasia

Wow... It’s been a LONG time since I’ve made an update, huh? Well, I hope everyone’s been well :)
I wanted to announce that I’ll actually be removing Phantasia from Inkshares later this week. Now don’t fret! The main story "Reap" (that’s featured in Phantasia) has been given an overdue update, and will be making a comeback! Just... Not here, however, and not necessarily in novel form... Therefore, if you enjoyed Reap and want to continue following it, you can follow me on Twitter @AmiraKWolf I’ll also be posting updates on my other works too!

    See you all around~

Here’s the 5th line from my current project, The Variant War.

"Most of the right side of Beckman’s hair had been cut short and dyed red in an effort to blend in with the eccentric lifestyles of the area."

The first chapter is up on my page if you want to read more.

Jane-Holly Meissner liked an update for Sunshine is Forever

          Hey Campers!

I just had a wonderful birthday weekend, and it ended in the best possible way. I received a blurb from Anthony Breznican, the author of one of my favorite books-Brutal Youth. Check out these great endorsments.

It’s starting to feel real. I can’t wait to hear your thoughts in August when you receive your copies.

          Thanks so much!

Jane-Holly Meissner liked an update for THE LOVING WRATH OF ELDON QUINT

            Hello friends,

You purchased my book, The Loving Wrath of Eldon Quint, and I wanted to update you on my progress.

In two months, I will send my manuscript to the publisher, Inkshares. They will assign an editor to help me make the book better. Then, one or two more editors will come aboard and help make the book even better. While that’s happening, someone will design artwork for the book cover. This whole process takes about 9-12 months from beginning to end. So sometime in early 2018 you can expect to receive your book or e-book.

That may sound like a long time to wait for something you already paid for. But there’s that saying, ’good things come to those who wait’, and hopefully it will apply to this book.

Once more, thank you for your support and your patience.

            Much Gratitude,

            Chase

Jane-Holly Meissner liked an update for The Living God

              Hello everyone!

It has been a pretty long time since I made an update. January hit and life sort of exploded. I changed jobs to one with a ton of responsibilities and have been put on various committees that require a lot of brain power, I moved to a different state, went on a vacation, and a host of other exciting, and not so exciting life events have happened. Most recently, finding out my dad has cancer. Thankfully, it is curable.

Now that life is finally settling into a rhythm I can manage, I’m going to work on collecting the address of everyone who qualified for a giveaway. I’d like to get those out to you by the end of spring.

The book is going through the last round of beta reading. I’m terribly sorry, I’ve forgotten who all asked to help beta it. If you were someone who was interested, you can shoot me a DM. But, it is definitely crunch time. Inkshares is ready for the manuscript, so I’d like to get it to them by the end of May. It is a personal goal that I’m going to try my best to achieve. From the moment I pass it off to them, I think it is estimated that it could take six months to produce. Maybe, if we are lucky, you guys will get it at the end of the year?

I’ve already started work on book two. As I mentioned in previous updates, these books were already written, but are undergoing serious rewrites. The ideas are there, I’ve just got to get them down and down right.

Again, thank you for your support!

Jane-Holly Meissner liked the forum thread, How do I find the rankings of books by genre?
My book, APEX, is happily ranked 4th in Horror. I’d like to know how I can find which books are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and I’d love to know what the top books are in the other genres as well. Is there a place where this information is consolidated into a listing or ranking?
