Tragedy upon tragedy craters a family of nine, leaving the youngest boy on the periphery not expecting to survive.

Time to get back into the story updates! This time we’re going to highlight a crucial tool for setting up any mining survey expedition on an unexplored planet: the Dawson core sample extractor!

It’s meant as a simple tool to gather samples of Tantalus 13’s rock strata for Becky Traviss to analyze. But with a heavy industrial laser powerful enough to disintegrate rock in seconds, might it find itself used in a more destructive capacity? Will the Dawson prove to be a useful tool for survival on Tantalus 13, or yet another deadly threat to be survived? Find out when you pre-order Tantalus Depths!

      M. Robert Randolph liked an update for Cape’s Side Bay

      Hello Cape’s Side Bayers!

Hope you’re having a wonderful day!

Yesterday I was greeted with some wonderful news! Cape’s Side Bay has been selected for the GREAT SCI FI syndicate pick for August! It always means a lot when your fellow authors, and people you respect, support your work, and believe in what you are doing. A big BIG thank you to the Great Sci Fi Syndicate, you’ve given me and Cape’s Side Bay a huge boost, and I am extremely grateful! I’ve attached below the reasoning and the shiny new button you can see on Cape’s Side Bay’s main page!

Also, if you are into science fiction I definitely recommend you check out this syndicate! Matthew Isaac Sobin does a great job as the head of it, he finds fantastic science fiction books each month, and it was a pleasant surprise when he informed me that Cape’s Side Bay would be August’s selection.

Just over 100 orders to go! The home stretch continues.

Please, as always, recommend, share, and order! Cape’s Side Bay is oh so close to becoming a reality. Let’s get it there!

        M. Robert Randolph liked an update for A Beast Requires

        Monday.

With the first week of the contest down, I’m still in the Top Ten with 41 pre-orders. I’m thrilled, but I know I can do more. A Beast Requires received two amazing reviews, and it is now up to 19 recommendations.  I crave reviews and recommendations. They’re crack to a writer, and feed my need to ensure that everyone is laughing their asses off.

Good news. Laughing your ass off is an amazing weight loss program.

Speaking of asses, my ass will never be an artist. I have created concept art for a lot of the locations in A Beast Requires, and some of them aren’t completely awful.

This is the Effenwood, because even an enchanted forest is ripe for urban renewal.

Thank you everyone for following me, and supporting my endeavor to publish A Beast Requires, and make it into one hell of a melee weapon.

          Hello Cape’s Side Bayers!

Hope you’re all enjoy this Sunday, and wherever you are the weather is cooperating with whatever plans you may have!

We’re currently down to less than 130 orders to go and it’s time to ramp things up!

I’ve been going back and touching up the manuscript and as I’ve been saying since late January when I first set up the Cape’s Side Bay page here on inkshares: I love it! I cannot wait for you all to read it, the few people who have read it in its entirety have all given me feedback, it’s been positive, just some things to clean up, touch up, and add on!

I love writing and I hope you love reading what I’ve written.

So please, as always, if you have no tyet pre-ordered Cape’s Side Bay let me know what I need to do to get you there! And if you have and what to pre-order again, I won’t argue! Or if you just want to review, recommend, and/or share, that would also put a smile on my face.

Thank you all and enjoy the remainder of the weekend!

            M. Robert Randolph liked an update for And the Wolf Shall Dwell

            Hi all,

A while ago I have made a campaign pledge to Norwood UK Charity: 2£ or 3.5$ (that equation was right before Brexit which resulted in the pound dropping in value -lol) from every order using a special referral account I have opened for them.
I have kept the pledge for every order I got on the course of July (once the campaign was over).

Norwood UK is a leading Jewish charity supporting vulnerable children, families and people with learning disabilities. It costs £35 million a year for Norwood to provide their community services and it must raise £12 million from voluntary donations.
Norwood strives to ensure that everyone can live the life they choose, irrespective of their ability. They  provide professional help in a warm and caring environment, supporting people to be as independent as possible.
Their Family Services include children and family support, social work, an inclusive nursery, and special educational needs, while their Learning Disability Services include education, after school clubs & holiday schemes, transition, supported living, residential care, lifelong learning and health and well-being.
I wanted to thank Simon Walton, my close friend, for introducing me to this wonderful charity.

So here’s the math: 27 orders have been made using Norwood’s special referral, on top of that I got 5 orders after the campaign was over. 32 order * 3.5$ (let’s keep the dollar amount, it’s better for them) = 112$...
I expected more , so decided it is fair to double this amount to 224$, which is in today’s exchange = 140£ donation to Norwood (which is worth 175£ as I let them keep the giftaid tax relief).

That was done thank to you and your help - but if you want to learn or donate more - please please visit Norwood here.

As for "the Wolf" - I have submitted the manuscript nearly a month ago, after frivolous help from my wife and friend Micha Knopf to make sure all is proofread... I have submitted a creative brief on the same occasion and I am waiting to hear back from Angela our talented Marketing Manager & Girl Friday Production as to the editorial progress. Will keep you posted!
