apparently, the author is responsible for refunds but I never received any funds. How would I pay them back.  Also, refunds sometimes cause chargebacks. that isn’t the case with inkshares is it?

If someone doesnt save their submission after a deadline has passed. it will say ends today permanently. my page recently said ends today for 3 days after its deadline had ended. It decided to add a funny review to my story and then the deadline finally ended. thats fine but I paid for a story on inkshares and I don’t want to be held in  limbo for an insufficient funds transaction fee when it trys to give me back my money for the story I paid for.  these stories will inadvertently one way or another get to their deadlines but it should be on the deadline date.
