Tal M. Klein liked an update for The Living God

The Living God has a new cover! Thank you to everyone who voted and left comments that helped make these better. I liked both covers so much, and since I did like them so much, I’ve decided to use them both! After all, this is a series, and I have four books to make covers four. So, I present to you the new book cover for The Living God, and the official cover (and title) of the second novel.

Tal M. Klein liked an update for The Slave Prince
    It’s 2017!

But I’m afraid... I have no news on when The Slave Prince will hit the shelves.

At the moment, I’m waiting for Inkshares to request for my manuscript. With a long list of books to publish, I can only hope I’ll be contacted soon. But while we wait, here’s an interesting article on Inkshares’ book production timeline.

    http://blog.inkshares.com/post/154475375840/a-note-on-pub-dates-from-the-inkshares-production

It explains how their books are made - the steps required and their time frames. TL;DR It takes 12-18 months to produce a novel upon manuscript submission. So with that said, it is safe to assume The Slave Prince will only be out in 2018.

The wait is agonisingly long, I know. However, I plan to use the time to tinker with the manuscript again. And while I do that, I’ll be pitching my other novel to traditional publishers, embarking on a new fantasy blog series, and writing a whole lot more.

If you’re interested in joining me on my bookish endeavours, while diving into free fictional reads, head over to my blog: https://jeynagrace.wordpress.com/ It should fill your time while waiting for The Slave Prince. Once the book starts production, I’ll be sure to update you.

To all those who recently asked about the book, thank you for your excitement. Knowing you’re as eager as I am makes my day. To the rest, thank you for your patience. It is very much appreciated. Please remain seated, as I’ll be back.

    Happy (belated) New Year everyone!

And Happy (early) Lunar New Year to those who celebrate!

      Happy Friday!

First, I want to thank all the readers that had already grabbed a copy of Wake up Call for themselves. Each and everyone of you give me hope that one day my story will be told.

If you have not already picked up your own copy, there is still time.

That being said, 9 orders out of 250 is a good start but I have a lot of work ahead of me. If anybody has any ideas to drum up more orders, please drop me a DM.

Enjoy your weekend and I’ll see you soon.

RUNE has been an awesomely wild ride and it’s far from over! I’ve been hard at work on the sequel and in a month or two will have a final version of the map of Vai’kel completed, too! It’s been SUCH a blast to write the continuing adventures of Aleksi, Domadred, Beck, Saiya, Brayden, Fa’ell and all the rest. "Jamison Stone cleverly weaves fantasy and realism to create a rollicking naval adventure that is immediately captivating. With plenty of suspense, interesting characters, and an imaginative story, Rune of the Apprentice is a very memorable read, indeed!" -Rear Admiral Bill Roberts, USN(ret)

          Hi, marvelous readers!

We’ve reached light publication (the Quill level) and joined the Quill collection here on Inkshares, so we’re moving into production! Yay! *throws confetti*

They’ve told me the timeline moving forward will be roughly ten months until readers get their copies in their hands; this has to do with time needed for a round of light copyediting, getting the back cover (design, any text, etc) done, shipping of physical copies, and so on. (I admit I was hoping it’d be a bit faster, since Inkshares is a nontraditional publisher - but I’m not complaining!) We’ll see if we can’t speed that up a small amount, though, since the cover art’s already done and it should be a fairly clean manuscript (I correct student writing for a living, after all...), but in any case: we’re into production, and I’m so excited! I’ll keep you updated as things progress...
