Dimensional Travelers:

A Tribe with the ability to create a portal leading to another world. They were a research team with the agenda of gathering information about a selected world’s inhabitants, the population, history, economy, lifestyle, and many more. They would bring back the information gathered for educational purposes.

Unfortunately, dimensional travel was condemned as heresy out of fear that the Dimensional Travelers would be at the wrong crowd and bring back alien invaders. By 2039, thirteen of them escaped, but the rest were massacred by the Morpher Police. In 2040, dimensional travel was declared heresy and forbidden, which was ironic since there were none of them left in Nova Vega.

    Shape-Shifters/Morphers:

A Tribe with the ability to shape-shift into other people they know by memory and impersonate their voice. One of the branches of law enforcement, they can use that power to disguise themselves as criminals, making it easy to capture criminals.

Morphers in school are one of the branches in hall monitor duty, spying on delinquent students to see what rules they might end up breaking. A majority of students didn’t like the idea, while a principal, handpicked by the Nova Vegan Government, made it legal for Morphers to be hall monitors, much to the students’ dismay.
