Character Update:

Ladies and gentlemen, I present you with our final character update for Tantalus Depths. You’ve met the crew of The Diamelen: Mary, Rook, Yancy, Hertz, Becky, Ramanathan and Gorrister.  Now meet the non-human member of this cast of characters: the first to arrive on Tantalus 13, the trailblazer for the entire mission, the supposedly flawlessly loyal AI, SCARAB:

It’s one of the most advanced artificial intelligences ever programmed, specifically designed to meet every human imaginable. Yet...something is wrong with this one...
What did SCARAB find on Tantalus 13 in those long years before The Diamelen’s arrival? How did its discoveries change it? What secrets is SCARAB keeping from its human masters, and how far will it go to keep them?

Find out when you order Tantalus Depths.

I do apologize for the long delay in updates, but moving and starting a new command, finding a place to live, and finishing my classes has been quite a lot of stuff to do. Orders have been coming in slowly but steadily yet we’re going to need a big bump to get back on track for the huge goal of 750! Share and recommend to your friends, we have three syndicate picks, two articles, and one interview! We are making it happen and I love it!

    Thanks,

    Stephen

Has anyone else discovered that your future writing career is directly related to your mood? Have just come out of a rut, and you simply give up even trying. But when you get through the tough times, and your mood lifts, you feel that getting published is not impossible, and that it’s really going to happen.

          Hi All,

Since I’ve finished my campaign things have been hectic, but I have finally handed in my manuscript to Inkshares and the pressure went down for the time being.

I can now commit more to encouraging growth of thrillers on Inkshares, and supporting new thrillers/mysteries in effort of promoting  their visibility and popularity here.

I have opened this group: Goodreads Thriller Night  -everyone’s welcome!
and of course our syndicate is up and running with 10 members

If you write THRILLERS, MYSTERY,CRIME,SCIFI/FANTASY with thriller elements or suspense, HORROR, SPY thrillers, etc.

I'm excited to read this! Chris Johnson is a truly talented writer and I cannot wait to see what the Lion in Darkness has in store for us!
            The Lion in Darkness
A priest who must murder to keep living, a blind boy with a sword and vengeance in his heart, a war the likes of which the world has never seen, and the thing that was a man but who would be a god pulling all the strings

This is a great narrative with truly interesting characters, each one of the description wants me to know more about them and if the subject of the sample chapter is any indication, they will not disappoint. The author has created a fast-paced narrative to draw the reader in and at the same time sets the world in which they exist. I thought the writing was technically great and the laws and history of the world realized. I look forward to this book's success.
