C. Brennecke liked an update for The Knightmares
Hello my Knightmares!

We broke 200! Yes we did! We are now only 46 pre-orders away from the magical 250 needed to make sure all of you get the product, this book, you paid for (if I fall short, you will get your money back), with 58 days left to fund.

Thank you to everyone who purchased a copy, and thank you to all of those who have tirelessly pushed to get others to buy this book.

This is the time, with less than 58 days to go in the funding process to buy that book for that friend of yours, to buy that book for your local library, to buy that extra book just because. Let’s break 250 early and get this project finalized!

To all those watchers out there! The people who have been following my project without purchasing; PLEASE GRAB A COPY! Now is the time!

And as a reminder, if you get two people to buy THE KNIGHTMARES, you will receive a FREE T-Shirt.

I was recently asked if I am still writing THE KNIGHTMARES, and I thought this was a good chance to tell everyone that not only is THE KNIGHTMARES completely finished, but I am almost done writing my second book’s first draft. My next book will be called Vexed, and it is a very different story. So keep an eye out for that when the time comes.

BOOKS TO CHECK OUT:

Squids In - By Matthew Poat - When the world’s best online gamer turns out to be an octopus, it’s not long before he goes missing...

This book is under 40 days left to fund and has a little way to go. It’s a great concept, and Matthew has an additional book funding as well. He’s a talented guy and could use a boost.

The 7th Age: Dystopia - By Rick Heinz - Magic returns. Companies brand it. New abilities can be yours for one small payment ...just sign on the dotted line.

This book was just entered into the Geek and Sundry Fantasy contest. This is a long contest, and if you have some spare cash, throw it his way. It’s certainly worth the money. I’ve read some of his work, and it’s a fun ride through Urban Fantasy. Check it out!

@Luke Fellner You’re welcome! ...but, when you say "Last time I checked my book didn’t even show up when I looked it up word for word, the only place I could find it on was Google. " ....that sounds like something is definitely messed up.

Actually, I tried it just now and it came up first (out of three total books titled "The Burned" - well, one’s called "The Burned Violet"). Seems to be working all right. I was about to add Thad on this if there was a problem with the code, but it looks functional! If you ever do run into troubles like that where you’re sure the website’s not working, send Hello[at]inkshares an email.

Hello, Followers and Supporters! Wow, the last few days have been incredible and I only have you guys to thank. Somehow, while being on a business trip, I managed to get this ball rolling and you guys ran with it.

We managed to break into the Top 3 last night but fell to 4th this morning. This is okay. If we can keep the momentum up and keep growing a little every day, we can stay near the top. The contest is three months long, we’ve got this! Not only that, but there are over 40 pre-orders! Even if we don’t reach the Top 3, we could reach the 250 Quill!

I’m doing a lot of prep-work in the brief moments I have to sit down at a computer, using a lot of advice from fellow author Joseph Asphahani. You should check out his book, The Animal in Man.

Another cool book to check out is Anthony White’s Scarlet. As a cover artist, I’m in love with his cover!

Over the next few weeks, I hope to put together a video talking about the book, the characters, and who I am and why I feel the project deserves to be published. I’m also contemplating rewards or incentives. Perhaps signed posters of the cover? So much to think about, so much to do in a short amount of time.

Please help me by spreading the word about The Living God! You guys are the best. Much love!
