James Rasile liked an update for Crawls

Been hard at work on my horror/comedy novel Crawls in hopes of having a finished novel sooner than later. But what you may not know is when I’m not writing about hunting rat monsters in dank sewers tunnels, I’m writing and illustrating kid’s books (I know. Crazy, right?) My first title, Come Out of Your Shell, spins the yarn of a curmudgeonly Turtle who learns an important life lesson from an outgoing Snail. Please read a sample and follow Come of Your Shell  on Inkshares. Your continued support for my projects means the world to me. My deepest gratitude for getting these kooky ideas off the ground.

James Rasile sent an update for Cape’s Side Bay

      Hello Cape’s Side Bayers!

      Happy Saturday to all!

It has been quite an eventful week. 22 Days remain in the campaign. I decided to post the FRIDAY NIGHT chapter. It is still a rough draft of the chapter, so please keep that in mind. I hope you enjoy it. The SciFi elements are beginning to creep in and they really take flight in the following chapter: Monday Morning.

You can read Friday Night in its entirety here: https://www.inkshares.com/books/cape-s-side-bay/book_segments/friday-night

So, 22 days to go, and just over 100 orders left! I hope we can make full publishing in time. I am confident we will, but time will tell.  If there’s anything you need to hear from me to convince you to order a copy, don’t hesitate to ask! I have answers.

Once again thank you for all of the support you have shown, it’s been incredible and I feel blessed!

I cannot wait to see how far we can take Cape’s Side Bay! Please, order today and let’s hit full publishing by September 4th!

Thanks for the time and enjoy your day!

James Rasile liked a chapter from The Bully Book

There were 200 of us assembled in the school hall. The morning had just begun and I wanted out.

There is nothing worse than this, drowning in a sea of navy blue assholes. Everyone had navy blue shorts, shirt, jumper and socks. ‘Hi, my name is Michael’ I offered to shake his hand, but he just looked at me like I was queer. You may wonder how someone looks at you as if you’re queer, well… the corner of his lip twitches as if about to snarl, his eyebrows lower as his eyes focus on . . .

James Rasile liked an excerpt from SideScroller
Spryte finally (slowly) turned his head to look at Falcor. While still holding up the ring box, Spryte’s other hand moved to the remote control fastened to his belt. He flicked the switch into the OFF position. With a baritone hum, the lights in Falcor’s eyes went out and he stood very still.
