Jamison Stone liked a review for The Knight Proper
The atmosphere of "The Knight Proper" draws me in. There's darkness and necromancy and ghosts and mystery, and yet beneath all of this fertile ground for a great story, the theme of family is what really has me hooked and excited to read more. Anyone can easily connect with the strain that societal circumstances can put on family ties, sure, but when there's zombies involved, the storytelling only benefits as far as I'm concerned! If the unique premise of The Knight Proper alone isn't enough to hook you, then lend a couple eyes to the expertly crafted writing that Adam Greven and Matt Deller have placed on their pages. I especially like how these authors blend Mela's inner thoughts with her dialogue. I have a lot to learn from these guys! I cannot wait to read the rest of The Knight Proper. Please help these talented writers fund its publication!

Jamison Stone liked an update for The Knightmares

    Hello Knightmares!

With 30 days left in my campaign, there are just 13 pre-orders needed to fulfill Quill publishing!

Thanks to everyone who has ordered so far! I appreciate everything everyone has done to help.

Now is the time for those last few book orders you’ve been meaning to purchase. Let’s not squeak by, merely hitting 250. Let’s blow past 250 and really put this campaign to rest!

To anyone out there on Inkshares that still wants to get in on THE KNIGHTMARES and the adventure, grab a copy now!

Jamison Stone liked an update for Lucky

      Dearest Readers,

We’ve done it! I received an email last night letting me know that Lucky had reached her Quill goal of 250 copies. While this is a little (well, a lot) short of the 750 copies we were originally shooting for, there is still good news:

LUCKY WILL BE A PUBLISHED NOVEL!!!

None of this would ever have been possible without the support of all the readers and all those who showed faith in this campaign and pre-ordered the novel. You all have my most sincere, most undying gratitude.

I’m currently working my way through all the important paperwork and will hopefully have a production timeline for you all soon!

      Thanks a bazillion,

      - RH Webster

        Dear Authors,

The end of this week will mark my sixth as CEO of Inkshares.  It’s been a long but exciting six weeks with all-time high-water marks: the most-ever new-author sign-ups as part of the Geek & Sundry Fantasy Contest; the announcement of our first venture into horror with Crypt TV beginning this coming Thursday; the sale of the TV rights for J.F. Dubeau’s A God in the Shed; and the exercise of the TV option for Filip Syta’s The Show.  Yes, The Show will be a show.

As has been actively discussed in both our emails with you, on the Slack channels, and on the forums, the Inkshares royalty structure was modified last month.  I know that my letter to the funded authors has been extensively shared, but some people suggested we share it more broadly, and here it is.

Jamison Stone liked an update for The Seventh Age: Dawn

Greetings! Time for an update! Wizard World 2016 Wrap up!

Last weekend I had my first booth at Wizard World in Chicago, and I’d like to give a thanks to everyone who was a part of that. Particularly BaconMooseComics for allowing me to share half our corner booth.

If you want to see all our pictures of the amazing cosplay we found and our booth set up, go ahead and click :Here: go ahead and hit "like" on that page if you want.

In other news, Inkshares has been hard at work figuring out the best date to release the book, and that means things got changed.

The book’s official release date is now 1/17/17. If there were 17 months in a year, I really would of tried to get it there..

Either way, this extra time allows me to conjure up some more conventions, articles, and start writing the sequel, Dystopia.

          Until next week!

Jamison Stone liked an update for The Last Machine in the Solar System

Hello Machiners! And a happy Saturday to all of you!

So have you seen it yet??

You must have. After all it’s been up on the Inkshares homepage for The Last Machine for more than a week.... And I know each of you must be checking in over at Inkshares.com almost daily as you eagerly anticipate any updates on when Jonathan, the last machine, will finally arrive on your doorstep (as a book, not a 9 foot tall robot)!

It’s going to be a bit longer, Inkshares has decided April 2017 is more conducive to a successful publication date than February. So Spring 2017 it is!! And back we all go to our thumb twiddling...

And now, without further ado, for those of you who don’t frequent Inkshares as often as you should, the final high resolution cover art!!!

Awesome, isn’t it?! Many thanks to artist Dan Stiles for this tremendous result. It’s going to absolutely POP on the bookstore shelves!

Lastly, Jonathan and Nikolai are officially back in action, together, billions of years earlier in a new short story called "The Creator and The Machine" to be published in the Nerdist contest winning video games anthology Too Many Controllers!!! I may have BURIED the LEAD here. Go check it out and grab a copy of this epic book full of work by exciting Inkshares authors!

And believe me, there are a ton of great books funding right now on Inkshares that deserve your attention; in particular there is a Geek & Sundry sponsored FANTASY contest going on right now. Lots of cool potential books to peruse!

            Have a great weekend!
