Long overdue update, but here goes:

First and foremost, thanks for helping my initial dream of crowdfunding this book exactly one year ago! 

For those of you that started following me quite recently, welcome!

What is happening with Kingdom of Dreams now? 

• Current revised manuscript will go to my editor on 1/31/2018. She will apply a major round of revisions, then kick back to me for approval, more changes, then one final gloss over. 
  
• Final illustrations selected.
• I will then be able to send to production! So yes, 2018 publication! 

I’ll keep you posted, but a lot of the heavy lifting is soon to be out of the way. Looking forward to a productive 2018.

Set launch date is February 26th

Bookmarks and hand painted postcards will be delivered with the books (if I can convince Inkshares to let me piggyback).  Otherwise, they will be sent at launch.

Greetings, Faoii!

First and foremost, Faoii, I want to thank you all for such an amazing year. So much has happened and changed during 2017 that I can’t even begin to recap it here. But you know what you’ve done to help me succeed--to help me keep going even when I didn’t think I could anymore. Now The Last Faoii is a real book and is in many of your hands. We’ve sold 387 copies according to Inkshares, and we’ve hit 30 reviews on Amazon. I can’t even believe it. A year ago, I didn’t think I’d ever see this book be real, and now I nearly cry just thinking about how far we’ve come. 

If you celebrate any sort of holiday around this time-- whether it be the Solstice, Yule, Christmas, or something else-- or even if you don’t celebrate anything at all, I hope that you find joy and beauty in your life and those you’ve surrounded yourself with. Because the world is beautiful, and you’ve helped me to achieve something magnificent-- I hope your own dreams prove to be as attainable. 

Keep those shields up, Faoii. I love you all.

Hello everyone.

I wanted to send one quick update out before the end of the year. First, I’d like to wish each and every one of you a very happy holiday, and a wonderful, safe and happy New Year! After tonight the days start getting longer again!

In my last update, I mentioned that I turned the updated, post-development-edit "Shadow King" manuscript back in to Inkshares. I don’t have a kick-off date yet but did hear a whisper of February. Now, that’s not set in stone, so I’m trying to keep my expectations grounded. As soon as I know something about a kick-off, I’ll be sure to let all of you know.

Also, my funding campaign for "The Devil You Don’t" is starting to wind down (December 31 is the last day for pre-orders), and many of you have thrown your support behind that effort as well -- thank you for that! It definitely gets you on Santa’s Nice List!

I’m really hopeful we’ll make the goal... after taking into consideration several orders that are pending but haven’t been put in the system yet, realistically I only need about 10 orders to get Devil over the finish line.
