I like what I see so far, but here’s some advice: Make your introduction exciting. The first impression you give is the most important one. Most people are going to decide whether or not to read your book by the first sentence. Use actions, dialogue, or something that will grab attention right off the bat.
For example you could start off with, "The soldiers rushed to the sound of war horns."
Just subtle things can make a huge difference. Otherwise, great job at descriptions. You do a very good job of laying out the setting and environment. Best of luck!
Hope all of you are getting things done that you want to get done. Staying productive and not giving up is essential when writing a book. As I wrote The Burned, even when I didn’t want to, I made sure I dedicated at least one hour a day to writing. Once you get out of the flow, it’s difficult to get back in, sucking it up is one of the best ways to achieve your goals.
Hope you all had a good weekend. Hoping to get videos and a cover done finally, have had very little success when it comes to reliability but found a friend who I am hoping will finally help me out.
Thank you all for following my story, it means a lot. If any of you have feedback to give or questions please ask away, I check up on here daily. Also let me know if you’re in need of help with something, I’d be happy to help anyone that needs it!
