Monday workday is winding down -- almost time to get off of my employer's dime and back onto my own, hopefully preparing another chapter for your enjoyment or some promotional material to add to your ranks! Good times!
Also, a message as ever to my fellow Inkshares crowdfunders: remember that I will happily and immediately reciprocate any preorders - if you pledge for FEYSIDE, I will in turn pledge for your work! Let's help each other meet our target goals!
Hello,
Good morning friends!
Exciting news: Because the funding model changed a bunch of times over the course of the 3 months The Fable Hunt has been on Inkshares, we have been given a deadline reprieve. Today would have been the last day to get people to buy copies, and now I have 20 more days to spread the word. It's pretty exciting.
I still need to sell 184 copies to reach a publishing level that will get The Fable Hunt full editorial and marketing support from Inkshares.
Possibly even more exciting than the announcement that I have 20 more days to reach that goal is the newest funding model they announced. The $10 ebook option is back!
So if you know someone who is a big fan of their Kindle or their Kobo, send them my way.
As always, spread the word about Penny, Learid and their friends. I'll be continuing to tweet and tumble and facebook the message myself.
Have a great Tuesday!
Rachael
Thank you for the support me. As you know I've not been sending chapters I've written in order for them to be shared. At this point I'm only interested in completing my book in the time allowed. Once it's finished, I plan on sharing it with any group that wants to listen. Whether it be churches, The Salvation Army, or Poverello House I'll be there to entertain some less fortunate, or someone needing to hear a positive message. Good luck to everyone, and I thank you.
IT'S DONE!!!!! All of my edits on Dangerous Beauty are OFFICIALLY finished!!!!! The entire book is written!!! Beginning, middle, and ending are done!!!! Can you tell how happy I am?! I'm pretty sure my neighbors think I'm completely crazy, despite the lingering migraine I totally squealed when I finished it!!! The book did take on it's own life near the end and I just let it. *dancing around trying to contain excitement* You're going to love it!!!! The ending is so exciting!!!! ;)
Acoyltes,
I apologize for the multitude of updates recently, but this is an exciting time! I am indebted to John a Robin, the author of the really, really awesome book called Blood Dawn, because he has truly pulled out all the stops to advertise and support Storm of Fury.
This week, we breached 100 copies sold! Only a mere 143 to go to get into Quill publishing! (I say mere, but it's still going to be a hefty fight.)
I can't do this without the support of patrons like you, so please help Storm of Fury reach the bookshelves. Try and get just one person to get my book, -just one!- and we'll get well over 200!
Thanks for your support so far; we're going to make it!
Zealot Andrew
(P.S. Stay tuned for Chapter Four!)
Hey everybody,
You may or may not have noticed I got an extension on my campaign deadline-huzzah! I now have until January 10th to reach my pre-order goal which, fingers crossed, should hopefully give me enough time to get to 750. Hopefully the holiday season will also put people in a giving mood :)
Anyways thank you all for your continued support and I hope to post another chapter later this week. And now on to Monday morning and another glorious work week!
-Alex
