Matthew Isaac Sobin liked an update for Practical Applications For Multiverse Theory

Hello early-adopters!

We’re approaching two whole months since Practical Applications for Multiverse Theory left the literary uterus and was birthed out into the scary world of bookselling.

We hope that you’ve been enjoying the book, or at the very least enjoying telling people that you know someone who wrote a book, or enjoying having another item cluttering up that desk that you were totally going to use to help you get organized but is now covering in loads of junk mail and assorted novelty items.

If you have read the book, don’t forget to leave reviews on Amazon and Goodreads. Exposure and sales are directly affected by the number of reviews a book receives.

Just as important, if you enjoyed the book, please tell a friend. Tell two friends. If you have more than two friends (WE GET IT YOU’RE REAL POPULAR), tell all of them.

And now they can get a digital copy of the book for even less. The ebook price for #multiversebook is now just $4.99! That’s less than five dollars!

We promise we’re working on the next book in the series,

Nick & Noa

    Hi Everyone,

Apologies for the delay on this front. We are still working on a PayPal integration.  Just a heads up: when we do roll it out, it will only be available for books we have in stock.  If things go smoothly, then we will roll it out as a payment options for all of our titles.

Sorry again for the delay here!

Matthew Isaac Sobin liked an update for The Seventh Aspect (Revelation)

      Lots of great news!

The Seventh Aspect is now an Inkshares staff pick! It’s also received a recommendation from none other than our fearless leader, and Inkshares CEO Jeremy Thomas! (I certainly didn’t see that one coming). To say I am humbled and grateful is an understatement.

I’d just finished another big round of edits on the posted chapters right before he sent his recommendation. So keeping your drafts updated and improved pays, folks. You never know who is lurking.

In honor of this fun occasion:

      1. I have a long professional history in showbiz, so I’m a sucker for dream casts. I’ve decided to share my dream cast for the main characters in chapters 1 and 2. Here’s the kicker: I’m not posting their character names. So that means you’ll have to read to figure out who’s who.

      2. There’s a reference to an infamous 70’s horror film in chapter 1. Our main extraterrestrial character has a thing for human sci-fi and horror media. So bonus points if you catch it and know what it is. It’s funny, I promise. Similar funky references will be sprinkled throughout the story.

Two more chapters are on the way.  You’ll get to meet more of our alien researchers, and maybe even travel to another dimension. Mmmm....dimensions....

As always, if you like what you read, please leave a comment or review. Thanks so much again for your interest. It means a lot.

      Stay tuned…

          Quick Pilot X Update

So things are progressing well and the best thing of all is we have an official publication date!

Pilot X is set to come out March 14, 2017.

Your early support and patience will definitely be rewarded.

I met with the fine folks at Girl Friday Productions last week to talk over the plan and we’re in the process of settling on cover art. Very excited. The visual style will be a big departure from my video, I promise, Heh.

          THE EDIT!

Got the first edit back from Clete with some excellent suggestions. Very excited that one of the suggestions was not "hmm, you should start over." So that’s positive!

Actually the book is in better shape than I expected with some areas that need clarification and mostly concentrating on keeping it friendly to new readers. So I’m 100% confident this is going to be a better book than it was before. I sent my first pass back to Clete yesterday.

          RANDOM BOOK FACT

If you were at a party on Alenda you might find yourself eating a creamed farragut pastry and a bottle of Kreistner’s Malt .

Thanks again for your belief in and support for this book! I wish it was March already.

Matthew Isaac Sobin liked an update for Deus Hex Machina

It’s the last day to help fund Deus Hex Machina, and I’m in a giving mood.

EVERY order today will get a gift from me: a graphic novel short story I wrote as part of the compilation Winter’s Eye (available on Amazon here).

So how can you, the book supporter who’s already ordered help? Please get ask one friend to order to the book today!

Yes I know it’s an impossible task, but I have visions of full funding today. Of waking up to 750 orders. That’s only 450. NBD.  Totally doable. Do I *know* 450 people? NOPE. Aye, there’s the rub.

Love to all you crazy book lovers. You’re the reason this book is a thing.

See you on the other side of funding

Matthew Isaac Sobin liked an update for Squids In

              Hey All,

OK so following overwhelming support for the new cover, I have pushed the button and switched it over. I have also uploaded chapter two and written a brand new overview of the book. All of this can be found below:

Squids In tells the story of a burnout called Toby who befriends an octopus that animal activists stole from a lab and dumped in his pool. After noticing that the octopus is really good at playing video-games, Toby unleashes the octopus onto the competitive online gaming scene, amassing both wealth and fame. No one knew that the mad gaming skills belonged to an octopus, all they saw was Toby’s face and all they heard was Toby’s voice. It wasn’t until some enterprising hackers compromised Toby’s computer and the octopus is stolen that the wheels start to fall off this mass deception. So what happens next? Pre-order to find out...

PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A BOOK FOR KIDS. IT CONTAINS FREQUENT USE OF PROFANITIES, MILD DRUG USE, MODERATE SEX SCENES AND ONE VERY NAUGHTY MONKEY!

You can either read Chapters One and Two on Inkshares by clicking the links below or follow the Audiobook link over to Dropbox in order to play/download Chapter One in audio format. Please note that there is swearing so be mindful of who is around you when you play it. Duration is 12 minutes and 40 seconds.

              SQUIDS IN - Chapter 1

              SQUIDS IN - Chapter 2

Thanks for your continued support. Please be sure to recommend the book, any lines of text you particularly like and pre-order if you have not already done so.

Following a massive surge of activity yesterday, the book is now only 13 pre-orders away from breaking back into the top 3 in the Nerdist competition!

              Have a great day!

Tantalus Depths is only 6 away from 300 pre-orders! As I’ve said, once I reach that number, I’m going to make my original short story, The Perspecive Machine, temporarily free for download to all, as a way to say thanks.

Let’s hit that goal asap, so I can give you all this thank you gift :)
