I was sitting In my tiny office when a call came in "there has been a murder on 7th street have fun ben". I did not know who called but I told the other officers to go to 7th street and investigate the seen. when we got there we saw a black figure running we tried to catch up to it but could not the following day was a disaster every one was in panic mode
