The door behind Frisk was shut tight, never to return back to the ruins. As he ventured forward through snowdin he felt like someone was following him. He turned around to look... No one in sight. "A stick? I guess this could be useful." Frisk said looking at a stick on the ground. Frisk struggled to get the stick off the floor, if only he knew that it was frozen to the ground. Later as frisk came to a weird looking bridge he heard footsteps getting closer, and closer. Suddenly they stopped. "Human. Don’t you know how to greet a new friend? Turn around and shake my hand." The mysterious figure said. Frisk turned around slowly till he came face to face with the skeleton looking figure. He stuck out his hand for Frisk to shake. Frisk sticks out his hand as well. Then it went to complete silence. The skeleton sits back and laughs as a whopper cushion goes off, but from where? Frisk wonders. "Ha, the old whoopee cushion in the hands trick! Its always funny. Your a human right? Wasn’t that hilarious?" The skeleton said. Frisk stood there and laughed, "Well it was funny!" Frisk said. "By the way the names sans, sans the skeleton." Sans said. "Follow me through this gate before my bro comes looking for me." Sans said. Frisk quickly followed Sans through the gate and hid behind a inconveniently shaped lamp. "Hey bro what’s up?" asked sans. "You know what’s up brother! Its been weeks and you still haven’t recalibrated your puzzles!" The voice said filled with disappointment. "When a human shows up I want to be ready to capture them, and once I capture them Undyne will see that I am worthy of being in the royal guard! I’ll be famous and people will ask the great Papyrus to be their. . their friend?" Papyrus said. I’ll get back to work, as for your work, put a little more "backbone" to it." Papyrus murmured. While Papyrus walked away Frisk snuck away from the lamp. "Man isn’t my bro the best? He’ll be so happy to meet you! Cmon lets go ill be right with you until we reach the town." Sans said. As Frisk followed along the snowy forest he didn’t seem that this would be a good idea wanting to go home. Seeing as how sans and toriel care for him makes Frisk realize that he might just want to stay here instead. As they come to a stop Papyrus comes back to talk with sans, however once he sees that there is a human by him he fills up with joy. "Human! Stop right there! You have come face to face with the great Papyrus! In order for me to capture you me and my brother have put out puzzles for you to solve. Along with that I also have a few friends helping me around snowdin. I told them to keep an eye out for you." Papyrus runs away and shouts out loud: A HUMAN IS IN SNOWDIN! A HUMAN IS IN SNOWDIN! Frisk feeling a bit "frozen cold" decides to just sprint off and not even mind the puzzles. He stops to do them from time to time. Exhausted, he sees a plate of pasta and a microwave. However as hungry as Frisk is he couldn’t lift the plate, it was frozen to the table as for the microwave, it seemed to work well except all the labels read "Spaghetti". Time flew by so fast that Frisk saw a sign in the distance that said "Welcome to Snowdin Town!" all that lied in front of the town as a bridge. As Frisk moves along the bridge he stops the humans in his tracks. "Prepare yourself human! Soon ill active my contraption!" said Papyrus. "Any minute now." "Whats with the hold up?" ask Frisk. "The human can talk?" Papyrus said. "Sure he can. Well barely because I guess he’s in a hurry to make it to the town to warm off. Guess I could take him to Grillby’s for a bite to eat as well!" Sans said. "Fine I guess I could let the human go then." Papyrus said with disappointment. As Papyrus walked away Frisk approached sans and ask him for money so that he could stay in the inn. "Sure kid here ya go. Keep the change." San said. As frisk walked into town the monsters there were shocked to see a human in their town. "Oh cool a shop!" Frisk said. "Wonder if they have a coat or something to keep me warm." As frisk walked into the store the air filled up with a pleasant smell of cinnamon buns. "Hey welcome to Snowdin Shop!" the store tender said. "Do you have any coats or clothing to keep me warm from the cold?" Frisk asked. "Sorry I wish I did but these candles will have to do for now. Your best bet would be the inn next door. Its owned by my sister, you should go check it out." the store tender said. "ok thank you!" Frisk said walking out the door. "Bye sweetie!" Days past by and not a single trace of Papyrus in sight. Frisk wonders off towards a path that reads: Exit to Waterfall this way! Suddenly a shadowy figure stands in front of Frisk. "Human! You shall not pass. In order to pass you must go through me!" Papyrus said. "Papyrus lets just be friends I don’t want to fight you." Frisk said to Papyrus. "What? Are you afraid to fight? The great papyrus has spent a day in training to be in the royal guard. I won’t let this go to waste. As frisk tries to convince Papyrus not to fight him Papyrus starts to feel bad and decides to quit and accept your friendship. "No! My only chance to be in the royal guard, wasted. said Papyrus sadly. "If we are gonna be friends then we must hang out like friends do. Follow me to my favorite hangout place." said Papyrus. As they walked around snowdin town Frisk was in love with the beauty of the town. "Here we are! My home! Come on in! Take your shoes off so you don’t get snow in the house." said Papyrus. "Ok, lets begin our time together Papyrus." Frisk said. As they had a blast cooking and telling stories Frisk almost forgot why he was even in the underground. He had made so many new friends along his journey. Maybe the underground isn’t that bad after all. -End of Swondin Journey.
