SKY

To take a saw to the sky.

Hack out a piece of that intangible.

It exists you see it every day.

Yet that simple task of extracting a sliver of that constant of life,

is an impossible feat.

How would you do it? Why would you do it?

Its tangible, the saw, steel and wood.

If you want you could saw through most things,with time, but the sky?

The unimaginable, yet it’s colors blossom with such promise.

Our minds salivate at the overindulgence of colors.

To hold a piece, a sliver of the great chasm

by any stretch of the imagination would be a feat worthy of the gods.

If

Only if.

Would you shake your head at the one,

that with ladder and saw took to the hill to scale the mighty deed.

Would you condone or condemn
