Inkshares and I had came to an agreement to reset the whole preorders thing because I had joined the nerdist contest with a lot of preorders. That is kind of unfair to other writers' and generally considered a bad thing to do. 

So Inkshares had reseted my preorders, so it would be really cool if you guys can preorder my book again. Thanks.
