I am already fangirling over this book.
Ferrill's prose is strong and elegant. Her magic system and the mechanics of the Fae feel like "Refection" could be a side story straight out of Jim Butcher's "Dresden Files". I love the twist on the original Beauty and the Beast story that this beastly punishment is of the prince's own accidental doing, especially when the wrong he is trying to correct comes from his brother's wrong doing and not his own.
I am very excited about the possibilities.
