Hello my name is Mason Brown. I am the head police detective at Shortmill Town. I’ve been sent to investigate a high suicide rate in my town of Shortmill. In the case no one had been able to figure out why the town has a high suicide rate. The reason why they sent me to this case is because of my good track record of solving cases.

I arrived at the hundredth suicide crime scene. I said “hello” to Officer John at the crime scene. Then he replied back good morning mason. I then said” hey John I going to look at the crime scene”. John replied back by saying” go ahead”. I looked around at the crimes scene and I notice some things with my mentalist and police training. Some weird details about the crime scene did not make much sense to me. Such as that all the money bills are missing in the house. I decided to call it a day after making all of my notes of the crime scene.

When I reached my house I unlocked the front door to greet my son with his blue eyes and yellow hair. I heard my son named Jason brown say “welcome back home dad”. I then said to Jason” I hope you had a good day at school Jason”. Jason then replied back by saying” hey dad do you want to play basketball with me” .I then replied back by saying “sorry Jason I got some work to do”.

Next morning I woke up after working myself to sleep on this case. I got ready for workday and then drive to the police station. When I got to my workplace I looked at new information on this case. I then learned that twenty more people have killed themselves. While I was asleep by the same way like the other suicide cases.

I then noticed something odd about the suicide cases. In all of the cases all of the people died by drinking bleach. I had this odd feeling like something up with the suicide case. I decided to ask the family members about the suicide victim’s mental state.

I drive to the first victim’s family to ask about the person mental state. I then went up to the door and knocked on it. I got a replied by a grieving wife of the husband who killed himself. She seemed really upset by the death of her husband. I then said though the window “hello I am mason brown of the short mill police department”.

She then seemed to get really upset at me by saying” if you came here to say my husband suicidal”. I then replied back by saying” I just want one quick question to help stop the suicides. The women then said “fine make it quick”. I then asked “what was your husband mental state before he was killed”.

Then the women replied back by saying “he was fine mentally”. I then thanked her for the time and left. While I was walking the dull sidewalk to my car I thought “I need to get more info about the case to see if my theory is correct. I then drive the black road hoping to get to the next person. When I reached the house of the closes family member that can give me answers.

I got out of the car and walked to the poorly lit dark brown house. I then rank the doorbell. I was hoping for an answer when I heard the backdoor opening. Then I heard a crash from the house. I quickly ran toward where the backdoor is. When I get to the backdoor I see a dead body of the family member and a message writing on the wall saying let us die.

I then called my co-workers to get here to investigate the crime scene. I started to block off the suicide case scene with the yellow bright tape. When the other co-workers showed up to the crime scene they started to investigate the suicide. It is like all the other suicides except for the message on the wall.

The message tricked all the other co-workers into thinking that the suicides are related some weird cult. The thing that makes no sense about the cult theory is that the cult leaders would make themselves more know and they would not make members kill themselves for no reason.

I decided to call it a day and went home after my workday. I then drive along the road to get home and watch some television. I am tired after this really hard case to solve and I just want to get home. I finally reached my house and I let myself inside and sat on the couch in the living room.

After watching about an hour of television and started to get tired. I went to bed and after a couple of minutes I have fallen asleep. I decided to go to work and debunk the cult theory that my co-workers have.

When I arrived at work in my bright blue car and I decided to park in the front parking spot .I then called a meeting to talk about the cult theory that my co-workers have. Once everyone showed up and I started the meeting by saying “everyone I came to the thought that the cult theory is incorrect”.

An officer by the name of Justin then said “Mason do you have any proof that the cult theory is incorrect”. I then replied back with “my first proof is that the cult has not made a statement.”I also said “the next proof I have is that a cult suicide make no sense because it would just waste people if they did not say anything.”

Majority of the officer in the room seems to agree with me. I can tell by their reactions on there face. Next I then said “meeting is over and go back to investigating this case”. I then went to find more information about this case. I researched the mental profiles most of the suicide victims.

What I found was really strange about the mental profiles is that majority of the suicide victims showed no sign of wanting to kill themselves. I thought that” there mental state seemed normal for an average person”. I then went home to think about this new information.

I drive home using by bright blue car. When I got home it was around midnight. I was tired and really thanking myself for teaching Jason how to live on his own. That would be really annoying having to cook and clean after him every day.

When I let myself inside the house and closed the door behind me. I decided to sleep on the light brown new couch because I had little energy to make it to bed. I then woke in the morning and quickly got myself ready for work. I left my house and went to work in the morning. I drive myself using my car along the highway to get to work on time.

When I showed up to work and enter the front door and then  I sat down on my work chair. I also noticed on my police reports that the same message that said “let us die “has been showed  in another eighty suicides that have happened in the last couple of days. Any finger prints that we have gotten have came from the victim.

While I was reading the case files I my office. I heard a knock on my office door and I said to myself “this better be worth my time”. I heard Officer Justin say “Mason we found a suspect”. I then followed Justin to the interrogation room. I see a scared man saying “I am innocent and you got the wrong person”.

Then I heard the interrogation officer says “then explain how we got a clear video of you hypnotizing some of the suicide victims into to killing themselves with bleach. I then asked the Interrogation officer if I can see the video. The interrogation officer then replied back by saying” sure goes ahead”.

I then viewed the video and saw that the man in clear video vision has done these things. I wanted to really make sure that he killed those people before I send him to court and then I asked “sir do you have anyone who could say where you were at the time of the murder. The man replied back by saying” I was with my family at the mall and also I have the proof that I paid for items at the mall”.

I then checked his witness statements and his proof of buying items at the mall. I thought “this is strange all the witness statements are reliable and the proof he provided of buying items is also reliable with the fact that he was watched with a camera at the mall. I then asked” do you have a twin brother or anyone that would look exactly like you.”

The man replied back by saying “I have no idea if there is someone who would look like me out in the world”. Then I heard Officer John running into the room. Officer John then said out of breath “there been another murder with matching description of the earlier murders”.
