94 Followers. 91 Pre-orders. 72 Readers. How cool is that? We are grateful and humbled. And happy. Our faces are wearing Grins of Unusual Size. Yeah, we're that jazzed.

However...

ENHANCED is a Young Adult story, and Inkshares Readers are not young adults. We're reaching out to grown-ups who love Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, and LotR, but we're not reaching that vast sea of young adults who can start a word-of-mouth tsunami.

We fear we'll go under.

We need a surge to push us past some pesky contenders. We were asking ourselves how we could do that when one of our most rabidly devoted Readers suggested... a Plan.

She said, "Everybody knows 10 people who would do anything for them if they only asked." 

Now we’re asking you to help us stay afloat in the Top 5. This update launches the Everybody Knows 10 People campaign here and on our Facebook page. The premise is simple: Everybody knows 10 people who would do anything for them if they’d only ask, so we’re asking you to ask those 10 people in your life to commit a generous and charitable act in four steps:

1. Visit ENHANCED’s contest page here.
2. Read the excerpt
3. Pre-order one book for $9.99.
4. Ask the 10 people in their lives. Everybody has them. 

If you haven't pre-ordered yet, you can be one of your own 10!  And if you ask people who say, “I never read Science Fiction,” tell them they can commit a second generous and charitable act by donating their copy to a public library, children’s hospital, or old folks home so someone who reads Science Fiction can read ENHANCED.

Think of it as a risk-free investment in our dream. As the Rules say, "No reader is charged for a pre-order until your book either wins the contest or hits its pre-order goal." The Top 5 win the contest on 9/30/15.
