Sci-fi’s not really my genre, but you're a good writer and I’m interested to see how the story develops. I added a few remarks in the margins of the chapters. Other than those I wondered about The Haven. It appears to have a complexity in structure, constructed below ground, accessing the sewers. Between the outbreak of the plague thing and the time of the narration seems to be a very short period of time in which to build it. Unless the Haven was built in advance, in preparation for an outcome like this? All the best, Paul
