Upon Stilted Cities
For the walking city of Manhatsten, the past 1300 years have been an endless migration to avoid storm systems and war with other cities. But now, someone is destroying the few remaining cities, resources are low and war is on the horizon.

Hello!
I’m Andrew and am completely new to inkshares. The way that I discovered the site is actually because a teacher of mine used it to get his book published.
I’ve personally never written more than a short story before but this is my first attempt at a full-fledged novel.

The fiction novel I’m writing is called Rejects and it follows the life of a young girl in a dystopian country known as Dravia. I’ve written well over 8 chapters for it by now (two have been posted on inkshares as of writing this) and am planning to hopefully be done with the whole writing process by September of 2018.

I’d be eternally grateful for any questions, comments and concerns left on my story and I’ll definitely be giving the books by other authors in this thread a read in the meantime!

Many thanks,
Andrew Hennis

Hi all I’m Daniel and I’m new on inkshares. I’ve been writing  for a little bit but I still class myself as a newbie, I heard about the site from a friend on twitter and I thought I’d give it a shot. I currently have two chapters up for my book the beginning and I’m currently writing my third, I also have chapter four done and waiting to go up.

I would love to get this book published and some pointers on how it could be better or how my writing could be improved. I write fiction with a little bit of realism mixed in and I think it works well. I can’t wait to hear from all of you

Greetings! I was recently told about InkShares by an Indie author so I thought I would explore it. I am working on a series called Upon Stilted Cities (samples on my page) as well as several shorter novels. Currently, I only have one piece of fiction published in a literary magazine that is due out end of this month. The short-story is science fiction and is called ’On Arrival". I also write horror, occasionally fantasy and poetry.

I am an anthropologist by education and training and I love exploring questions about the nature of humanity and different ways of knowing. Nice to meet you all!
