The book synopsis has been updated on my page to give you a better idea of the book. Special thanks to Amanda Orneck, Dave Barrett and Paul Inman for their great recommendations on it.
Synopsis
James Briar, expert in mythology of miracles at McGill University, receives an urgent phone call: The Hearth of Brother André has been stolen. Briar then finds himself thrust into a world full of secrets, and a mystery that spans the ages.
Brother André was part of an underground secret organization within the Vatican named The Hand of God. This centuries old organization has dedicated itself to protect a powerful machine with a mysterious purpose.
The Freemasons, banished from the Vatican and hungry for power, are seeking this concealed and obscure machine. Quietly they have begun to make their moves.
James Briar must search for the truth buried deep within the work of Brother André with the hope that it can save our world from ultimate destruction.
Quick exciting update to share!
Today I had the honor of being a guest on the Inkshares blog. I was asked some questions about the relentless community building work I’ve been helping with, and given an opportunity to reflect on the future of the Inkshares vision of a democratic publishing model:

p.s. remember a few months ago I rallied to help get Jack Bender’s, The Elephant in the Room to its funding goal? Well, I received my three copied yesterday -- and read it in one sitting. What a great book! Stephen King calls it a picture book for adults, and it comes with high praise from J.J. Abrams and David Benioff and D.B. Weiss. Well, I read it in one sitting. What a book! In some parts I laughed hard, but most places touched my heart. Jack has a dark sort of wisdom that’s contagious and it was nice to spend a good hour with him in those pages. Highly recommended! Hello Abomination people! It’s been a while since you’ve heard from me since things have been relatively quiet on the Whitta-Inkshares front, but all that is about to change.
