Hey, all you beautiful, sexy people! I’ve got 2 pieces of news for ya.

First off, there’s a new chapter of SideScroller up and ready for your reading pleasure. Now, this one jumps ahead a bit, so if you’re concerned about spoilers, read at your own risk! I selected this particular chapter because it’s a strong emotional moment in the book that really drives home the video game theme.

Second, Inkshares and Nerdist just announced their newest publishing contest, and the theme is: VIDEO GAMES. SideScroller happens to be about...video games. This is what Webster’s Dictionary defines as a "koinky-dink".

The contest starts June 1st, so I’ll be blazing down the campaign trail when it happens, hoping to push SideScroller to the forefront and seize the day. So get ready for a whole lot more pimping out from yours truly. Tell your family, tell your friends, even tell your enemies (assuming your enemies are avid readers), tell Oprah, tell everybody...there’s a whole lot more SideScroller up in here.
