Hello Adventure Readers, 

Well ...  things have stalled out a bit with preorders and we are still a bit short of our 250 needed for publication.  If the idea of a female ’Indiana Jones type’ searching for treasure in the South Pacific with a  rascally ex-pat seaplane pilot appeals to you, then jump aboard with a preorder to make this book really happen! 

Thank you to all my friends & family who have ordered already and thank you to all of you who will order soon and will be forever on my supportive list of Friends.  "Wings of the Pirate" is a completed novel that has been polished countless times and is ready to hand over to the Publisher once we reach our 250 preorder goal.  My good friend & Artist, Al Bringas has already done over 20 illustrations and will be finishing up the rest shortly.  If all goes well, you should have your copy of the book early in the spring of 2017.

Now is the time to jump in with a preorder!  It would be fantastic if everyone who follows the project grabs an ebook or goes for the special 1st edition, autographed  ’Hardcover’ (a rarity for Authors in the world of ebook & paperback), then we would be at our goal in no time.  If you’re interested in seeing this book in print, sign up for a preorder or tell someone who loves old fashioned adventure with seaplanes, Air Pirates and mix of colorful characters in the South Pacific to get theirs!

While Sync City and Jack Trevayne are getting themselves beaten into shape by the wonderful people at Girl Friday Productions, my new book, Destiny Imperfect, is embroiled in a tough contest over at Inkshares. And honestly, I could do with your help!

The contest has 7 days to run. I need to finish in the top three to be successful. I’m currently sitting 3rd – by one solitary order. It’d be awesome if you could check out Destiny Imperfect here. They say a week is a long time in politics, well a week is a long time in this Inkshares/Nerdist contest. The last few days have shown me the power of crowdfunding and what can be achieved if people work together. I’ve had old school friends come in and support Destiny Imperfect, I’ve had fellow competitors pre-order, and I’ve received excellent support from people I’ve gotten to know through Inkshares. My sincerest thanks to you all! 

My two closest competitors, however, have also been busy and I’m around 9 orders adrift of 3rd. I am, obviously, looking to make up ground! This is where the fun begins. I would, once again, like you to think of anyone that would be interested in supporting the Destiny Imperfect project. The more people we have on board the greater the chance of success. Do not go gentle into that good night! What an awesome level of support you’re all giving and what an awesome response my fellow contestants are giving. Bottom lining it, I’m locked in 4th (you guys rock!). I’m 6 behind 3rd position and 8 behind 2nd position (there’s a ‘full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes’ quote in there somewhere, but I’ll leave it for the moment). In the last couple of days you have given Destiny Imperfect an incredible boost. But there are 8 days left in the contest and still a world of work to do.
