Emily Hodson commented on The Book of Life (part I): Rookie
This was a fast-paced and suspenseful read. I have never read a book or short story with a firefighter’s point of view and it was very interesting and I was anxious to know what was going to happen next. The ending left me curious for more so I will read part 2 when I get off work LOL. Great job :)

Weaves tales of friends raised in different eras before they meet, one a firmly old-school firefighter, the other a nerdy tech veteran. Harrowing, funny, enthralling as they navigate fearful new frontiers, living in the outdoors tolerating technology
