Supplanters are nearly impossible for mortal men to kill, making war against them difficult. Their goal is to destroy your soul and take control of your body. This is Aaron and Tace’s reality, and it’s about to be ours.
Lauren Drube commented on The Elements: Descension

Hello everyone!

I've received a few questions recently about whether or not the rest of The Elements Trilogy is complete. As you can see, Book One: Descension is done and posted for the competition. Book Two: Tribulation is also done, but not posted. Book Three: Ascension is only about 1/4 of the way there.

So yes! Fear not, you will most certainly get to see what becomes of Aleaneo, Aedyn, and the rest of their company.

Happy reading,

Lauren

    Hey, everyone!

I just wanted to say again thank you so much for supporting me in the Inkshares competition. It means so much that you believe in my writing enough to willingly back it. I still can't believe that people are willing to pay for my book. Crazy.

At this point, I'm quite a ways back from the leaderboard, but I am far from deterred. I went into this competition with the hope of testing the waters, and I can say that I have not been disappointed. Readers have commented, critiqued, recommended, reviewed, and preordered my book, and I am beyond grateful for every one of you.

Even if I don't reach the leaderboard, I can assure you that I will continue to pursue my publishing dreams with a fiery passion. You will see The Elements Trilogy on shelves one day. I guarantee it.

    Many thanks,

    Lauren

Before the age of reason and science, magic ruled the world. Now, it’s coming back and if most of humanity gets wiped out in the process....well, sometimes you have to break a few eggs.
