When you’ve lived for centuries, normal takes on a whole new meaning, something new is on the horizon and it will either be the beginning of something exceptional or have their lives crumbling before them.

So I am gathering that most of us here would like to see some form of support for the plight of the unpublished. Who would be interested in forming a syndicate around said plight? Hit me up in DM and I’ll see what I can get moving!

John Dennehy created a forum thread: A timeline for Quill authors
I realize that I could have just emailed this, but thought others might benefit from the answer--or that published Quill authors might chime in. My funding campaign is over in a few weeks and while I still have hope that I could reach 750, it seems very possible that I’ll end just short of that target and join Quill. My question is what is the timeline for Quill? My understanding is that there is not a developmental edit, only a copy edit. So, will Quill ask me for my final draft as soon as my campaign ends, or is there a step in between?  Should I aim to have the final draft ready when the campaign ends?

I would be very open to this method. I want my readers to find other books here as much as them supporting my own projects. I have found that promoting other works has added value to my brand. So sign me up!
