Updates, Faoii! This one’s short but I’m so excited that I can’t keep it secret any longer.
A lot of you have asked me for an audiobook version of The Last Faoii. So, I’m making that happen.
The Last Faoii audiobook is coming to Audible soon! Production is already underway and I can’t wait to give you more details as thing develop. After listening to dozens of auditions, I am so honored to announce that the the amazingly talented Sara Morsey will be the voice of the Faoii for this production. The moment I heard her read a sample, I couldn’t imagine anyone else being the voice of Kaiya and her Faoii army. Morsey is bringing an entirely new feel and level to this story, and I assure you that you won’t want to miss her telling of the tale.
Keep watching for more updates on this front. I hope that a successful audiobook launch will be one more step in the fight to make Faoii Betrayer real.
Keep those shields up.
Faoii-Tahani
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for supporting my novel, What She Lost! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I decided to make my novel available on Inkshares, but I’ve been happy to reach a larger audience and I value every new reader more than I can say. I’m excited to announce that a book trailer (lovingly created by my husband and number one supporter) is live on my Inkshares page! When I started writing the story of my grandmother’s life, I couldn’t imagine being able to type the words "The end." In fact, this book is just the first of a planned two-part series (I will follow up with more information on the second novel about my father’s life as a young immigrant to America shortly), so the story isn’t truly over. But What She Lost is complete, a milestone 20 years in the making! I can’t wait to share the story with you, my readers. If you’ve pre-ordered the book, thank you from the bottom of my heart! If you are following the book, I am truly grateful for your interest and support! For those who haven’t ordered, please consider doing so . . . and pass the word along to a friend, family member, co-worker, stranger on the street! Whether the book is published through Inkshares or self-published (my original intent), I already have a speaking engagement lined up and many more things to share in the future. Stay tuned . . .
