With this contest, the top three books will receive publication, even if the 750 pre-orders are not achieved!

Again, thank you so much for your pre-orders! Together, we have achieved 251 pre-orders for WILD CONVICTION! I am so excited to have reached that number!!

From my fundraising to help achieve the pre-orders, I have donated from my own funds to support important work by the following:

$50 to the UNCF, United Negro College Fund

This has been such a tough year, so I am especially grateful for the support you all have contributed from your own time and funds.

Together, we had achieved about 233 pre-orders at the end of August. Then, on September 1, someone completely dear to me left this Earth suddenly, in a fall while running.

I have been devastated and in a deep place of mourning since that day. I withdrew into my heart and into deep contemplation. That’s where I am still, but, with this message to you all, I am moving back to my creative life.

My gentle-hearted, caring, kind, witty friend was dear not only to me, but to my children, and to all who knew him. He was family.

So many of us have lost loved ones this year. My heart is with you all.
