Jordan Shisler liked an update for The Children of the Forest

I've added a new chapter (8) to the sight, featuring Fionna Cohmwell, Geralt, and Rew. This is one of the novel's most important chapters, as it holds the difficult task of selling the readers on the core relationship of the entire story, that of Fionna and her wolf. Check it out, feedback is always welcome. We're approaching the end of the contest, and I'd like to thank everyone for their support. There's little time left, to try and push The Children of the Forest onto the top 20, so get everyone you know to support the book! Thank you!

Hey lovely readers! Unfortunately I don’t come to you with news of more additions. I just have too much going on to focus on my book at the moment, although that doesn’t mean I’m stopping. Just slowing down. However, I still felt the need to make a little update and figured what better way to do one than by thanking the writing community here on Inkshares. This has been one of the most supportive and helpful environments that I have had the pleasure of being in. While there are many authors that I won’t get to in this update here are just a few that stand out.

To John Robin for being the first writer to purchase my book and draw me into the community. Melissa Berg for being so helpful and working with me on some new cover art (which will hopefully be around soon!). Byron Gillan for working at giving me some feedback/reviews. K.E. Madsen for being kind enough to recommend my book, and preorder a copy. And finally the fellow authors that have also invested in preordering: Brian Guthrie, Dave Barrett, JF Dubeau, Paul Robinson, and Richard Heinz. I’ll be putting links and short descriptions for all their works down below. Sadly I don't know how to insert the cover art, so names will have to do. I definitely suggest checking them all out!
