James Rasile sent an update for Cape’s Side Bay

Hello cottagers! Still not sure that works…

Anyway, 120 pre-orders strong! Wow, unbelievable. Still a long way to go, and I ask that if you are still on the fence in regards to pre-ordering your copy of Cape’s Side Bay please do so. We are 5 pre-orders shy of hitting 50% of our light-publishing goal which is HUGE and would be great to hit that mark this weekend… THE WEEKEND ENDS TONIGHT!

Once again a huge thanks to everyone who has supported me and this book, it means a lot to me and you’re really making me excited to see what the future has for Cape’s Side Bay!

Enjoy your Sunday,

James

James Rasile liked an update for Lucky

PS: READERS. Did I tell you that I had already written about 60% of the sequel to Lucky? Indeed, this is true! My ideal plan would be to have Lucky fully funded and published before November 1 so I can write the first draft of Allegra for National Novel Writing Month and then spend December 2016 and January 2017 editing my sequel, a novel currently known as Fortune and Glory. However, none of this will happen without your support and pre-orders! If you’ve got any questions, feel free to tweet them to me @RH_Webster on Twitter, or message me on my author Facebook page: www.facebook.com/RHWebster.ScienceFiction.

    NOW enjoy your weekend!

Once upon a time I held a raffle every ten orders. Do you remember those days? They seem so long ago, when we were all young, and the book hadn’t even really started being a draft. Fun times.

Well now that I have come out of Camp Nanowrimo 2016 on the winning side, I am able to get back to some of the things that I  put off...like this:

Yessiree, I’m shipping out the raffle prizes!

As soon as I get access to a car, I’ll be putting most of the signed copies of Shadow of the Owl in the mail. I still need to order a couple more, so there will be a round two of shipments happening over the course of the next few weeks.

Speaking of prizes, I wanted to  update you all on the standings for my Street Team rewards.  Currently the top five referrers are as follows:

      1. Elizabeth Dewey: 30
      2. Billy O’Keefe: 8
      3. Jason Pomerance: 6
      4. Joe Terzieva: 6
      5. Danny Minin: 3

Congrats to Elizabeth Dewey, who’s blowing everyone out of the water! Think you can do better?  Let’s find out!

Here’s a quick refresher on what prizes are available as Street Team rewards:

There are some awesome things in here, and I can’t wait to see who wins that grand prize. The trick is, the book has to fully fund for that to happen, and DHM is 500 orders away, with only 50 days left in the funding campaign. Who wants to help push this book toward the finish line?

This week’s issue of the "Avalon Chronicler" is now available! Another slice of Avalon news, another hidden piece of microfiction that fleshes out the world and backstories of the characters. Check it out.

Also, I want to take this opportunity to again thank everyone who has taken the time (and money) to support my book. Crowdfunding a novel is hard, probably one of the hardest things I have ever done and I have not forgotten those who chose to support me. Not always with just a pre-order, but with some great words of encouragement. Michael Haase, Billy O’Keefe, RH Webster, John Robin...just to name a few. Thank you, thank you.

I also want to take the chance now to shine the spotlight on just a few great books you should consider supporting:
