Before the age of reason and science, magic ruled the world. Now, it’s coming back and if most of humanity gets wiped out in the process....well, sometimes you have to break a few eggs.
This is a very well written story that keep you on the edge of suspense and can ratchet up the anxiety with scary ease. James takes you on a trip to a quiet town setting where everyone knows everyone and then creates an air of mystery and terror from an unseen thing in the Cape's Side Bay that will not only rock the town but will leave the reader's mind reeling and will make you second guess about going out on a foggy night in the style that Jaws did to swimmers back in the day. I highly recommend this one!

Cape Side Bay follows in the tradition of some of the great and terrifying thrillers we have seen over the years...it takes elements of JAWS, melds them with GRIZZLY and then hits us with a curve ball in the shape of a haunting X-FILES vibe...people wind up missing or dead...and on the bodies a material that doesn't exist on Earth! A great start to what will prove to be a new twist on the small town murder mystery! Can't wait to read more!
