Jade Fishburn and Keith Tutor commented on Jade and The Deva

Dear Followers and backers of Jade and The Deva,

Firstly, an apology for the lack of updates from the authors.

Two weeks after we launched our campaign on Inkshares, both Jade’s and my personal circumstances changed unexpectedly. These events in our personal lives caused us to reshuffle our priorities and, as a result, we had to reduce our efforts to support the campaign.  In the case of Jade, she is now living in the southern capital after suddenly being offered an awesome job, which was not something she could refuse easily. This new opportunity required her undivided attention. Needless to say, we are all thrilled for her.

With regards to the number of pre-sales that were generated via our fund-raising campaign, I won’t hide the fact that we had expected significantly better results. The level of disappointment was a hard pill to swallow for all involved.

With this note, you will know that we have discontinued taking pre-orders for our book. Of course no credit cards have been or, will be... charged. You will also receive a separate notification from Inkshares in the coming days.

One of the co-founders of Inkshares, Larry Levitsky, has been a great supporter and a fan of Jade & the Deva  since our first conversation in July of 2014. After discussing our options with him, Jade & the Deva will remain on the Inkshares web site as a 'draft' while new developments form which could potentially open doors for our story to be published in the United States.

The summary is: Jade& the Deva hasn’t died, nor is it going to disappear.

We want to thank each of you for your wonderful support. (It truly means a lot to us).

Also, I would like to personally thank Jade, Kelly, and Jake for the enormous collective effort in producing our presentation on Inkshares.

Kind regards,

Keith Tutor
