I like being inside Ida’s head as she must adjust to the life-shifting events, in which she does not seem to have any control, no thanks to the power men held over women at the time (legal and economical). I can’t wait to see how Ida responds to more dramatic life-shifting events over which she does not have control (or will she?) which are sure to come!
