I was born in Durham, England and studied writing with Pulitzer prizewinner, Carol Shields. My first novel, THE PITMAN’S DAUGHTER has been an Amazon’s Top 20 bestseller. My eight other novels cover  sci-fi, suspense, historical and humour.
