In small Kansas towns it’s a common fact that everyone knows everything about everyone. Except Westminster Falls, where every thirteen years the Boogeyman exists, the disappearances begin, and now all hope lies in the hands of a band of Freaks.

Something sinister has always crept within the darkness of Westminster Falls, leaving a trail of children in it’s wake. So the town tried to bury it, pretend it never existed. Now it is back and a garage band and an alcoholic sheriff must end it.

It has been said that there are no secrets in a small town, but whoever said it has never been to Westminster Falls, Kansas, where Flash Anderson, and his garage band, The Freaks, must confront a dark entity within their dreams.
