Talk to people directly. I mean, you can still use social media, but you need to get people past the "I’ll look into that later" mentality.
So it’s been about a week and despite daily spam postings on my social site networks, I’ve only gotten 1 pre-order. Does anyone know where else I can get help promoting the preorders for my book?
