order(s) not going through?

Hey @Susan Hamilton, glad to have this taken care of. Sometimes users think they have made it all the way through check-out but do not get to the confirmation page.  This can also happen if a card was declined, or if they entered the wrong payment information. 

It is always best to have the person email me at hello(at)inshares.com so that I can discuss the banking issue privately.

Hi. I posted this question in an older forum thread, but so far haven’t heard back so thought I’d try here. I have a friend who let me know he ordered a book but so far he’s not shown up in my reader list. I’m confident he did order (and wasn’t just saying that to make me feel better), and it was at least 36 hours ago, so even if the server was delayed in updating my info, it should have gone through by now.

Is there a way to know why it didn’t go through?
