Hello, I used the credit system to support A god in the Shed with a paperback and an ebook, I got the ebook but I’ve not been contacted for the shipping of the physical book and I have it preordered. I’m wondering about it because I really want it. I haven’t insert money into inkshares because I wanted to try first, I found A God in the Shed and now there is the shipping issue (allegedly the books have been already shipped )

Yeah - it seems abuse of the credit system was pretty bad and some authors have been hit by it as those orders are now being invalidated. I know some campaigns have lost a ton of pre-orders through no fault of their own.
I would advise contacting your followers / pre-order people and getting them to make sure the system still says they have pre-ordered. Also, it would be worth talking to Inkshares. I’ve heard they are working hard to help authors hit by this to understand and plan around it.

Well some are getting removed because they were abusing the credit system. It is also possible to cancel a pre-order if you email Inkshares support staff. I had to cancel an order myself because I used a prepaid credit card and could afford the book but not the shipping (I’m not from the States) as I didn’t realize how much it would cost. So I had spent twenty dollars on a book that I would never be delivered to me. Thus Inkshares was kind enough to give me a refund. By the way that was a while ago it wasn’t on your book.

How come I have lost two preorders on one of my books?  it had 94 and then today has 92.  Plus another author I know has lost several.  I wasn’t aware that you could ’cancel’ a pre order.
