haha I actually think it makes it way more hilarious. : D I took down the post because many users were concerned about it.

That comment looks way crazier now that the scam post has been deleted and the one before it is a friendly customer service lady.

OH GOOD I AM SUPER EXCITED TO  MEET A FRENCH WOMAN ACROSS THE OCEAN BASED ON A THREAD ABOUT AN EBOOK SALES GLITCH.  I BELIEVE 100% THAT YOU ARE A REAL LEGIT PERSON WITH SOMETHING GENUINE AND IMPORTANT TO TELL ME AND NOT A 419 SCAMMER.

Hi Michael, I apologize for the delay. I tend not to patrol the forum as most people direct their customer service questions to hello(at)inkshares.com. You are welcome to contact me that way anytime. Now, to the issue at hand. This should not be the case, I am going to email you so that we can discuss your account info privately. Talk to you soon.

Hi, I bought a copy of Garry Whitta’s Abomination on ebook, and after the transaction completed I don’t seem to be able to get a download link again.  I didn’t get an email about it, and when I look at my "bookshelf" I seem to only have access to a browser version.  Fortunately I halfway saw this coming and made sure to download the mobi version before closing that tab, but the ability to ever download again is apparently lost to me.  I seem to have narrowly avoided a bad situation, but others may not be so lucky.  Is this working as intended?
